Scary stuff. Easy to do if not careful as well, can happen on gutters when reversing into tight driveways for example.

Thats pretty bad, tbf I once went through a narrow gap in the kerbs a went through on my wheel rims cos it squashed the tyres but there was absolutely no damage other than six scuffed ally wheels 😅

The load needs two straps on the front stack and two straps on the last load!!!

Looks like 1 strap per, directly on center 2x4,2 straps on last stack, and a bulkhead in front that is as high as the load. No x strapping on back or front or double strap on front stack .. all of which I think a non dedicated flatbed would use.

You shifting 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th (Range up) then shifting 5th then splitter forward that was 10th or 12th Please ? My second Question is You're driving 5th gear with splitter forward then push splitter back and then shifting 6th that was 12th or 14th Please ?

I have a Mercedes atego 1828 model. The gear stick works on oil and that causes me a lot of malfunctions.

Thanks for the vid, just a newbie question, what is the 'air bag - up/down' (when you need to confirm the gap between prime mover/trailer) is that activated from inside the driver compartment before you proceed with the connect/disconnect?
