Whilst if true re abuse, am definitely against any abuse child or adult, I know experimentally " honour father & mother , ( not only if they are perfect) that it may b well with you & see good days , according to God Himself,; the reverse also occurs when you don't honour them. Hence son going on social media is totally out of order needs repenting asap for his own sake . Why was child mom not w her child if she was aware already of wrong stuff ongoing? This was a family issue at worst, needed to b dealt with by family . I have personally discovered that it cost me 24,1/2 yrs of a marriage to Alcoholic, because I judged my parents on an issue not concerning me, but another family member; i discovered years later that their decisions were based on an erroneous assumption ,due to lack of communication between parents & kids, typical of era plus national culture I was born into, where u did what u were told but not discuss as equal to equal discussions, but I made my own bed therefore lay in it landing up producing 4 kids, which I landed up mostly raising them alone ; so best Jonj son repent, and let God handle that as they deal with healing/other child training, & deal with alleged culprit ( not proven either) ...but also. Destructive to Pete marriage whether innocent or guilty ! Media has no business meddling with this family story , especially as not proven, & Kids often have lots of imagination for " wild stories" ,, pray for Family & stop judging/interfering : finding fault. It behoves parents to watch yr kids especially if any suspicion already there, and provide the needed safety net whilst not ignoring the alleged facts.
