Did you use contact cement glue or another kind? You did a fantastic job because I was skeptical at first how the end would turn out and the bag not be compromised plus I love seeing and supporting women with trades and skillsets in male dominated fields!

Thanks for the video, so helpful! The zip on my leather bag recently split, I've replaced the metal zipper but im still having the same issue where the zip splits in the same place each time. Im willing to replace the zip and hand stitch it myself but I would rather it not come to that. Would you suggest that I have a look at the teeth and try to straighten them? Thanks in advance

I do got one question though, the wire. I’ve never put a wire in the sweatband before. It seems like a great idea, considering how floppy that hat is, and how much structured needs. But what kind of wire was it? How thin, like the width of a pin?
