I'm currently applying to office/clerical jobs but it doesn't seem as easy as it looks. When i see other people do it at doctors offices it looks easy. But obviously I know no job is easy. I had a job last year at a law firm doing clerical work but quit after three days. Now I'm doing another Clerical job at another place and I'm so nervous cuz this is my second chance and i don't wanna mess it up. If it gets too hard i just have push through can't give up Love the message at the end

Britain is Soo Broke that its trying to Stiff me my 23 year pension, i have written to Rishi Sunak, West ham MP and nothing happening, i want to exit Jobless Britain ASAP but im being held hostage as they seem to be confused and cant comprehend what early pension release means, thats how educated DWP staff are, they have refused to Honour paying my £500 pcm room for 4 months and now they are Fuffling around taking me round and round in circles. Britain is a sneaky corrupt gov that seems to not be interested in Releasing my pension, a warning to all immigrants who have contributed to the british system, they refuse to pay your rent so that you end upon the streets where they hope you will perish and they get to keep your pension money, its a disgusting scheme and ive rumbled them and now they are trying fob me off that it takes 3 months, Britain is Officially the Most Corrupt country i've ever lived in, they are stiffing immigrants and dumping them on the streets, i hope britain collapses to dust, disgisting cheap racist, discriminatory system that is a complete corrupt shambles. hurry up and Pay my money, i want to exit this dead end of a country, a laughing stock if you ask me. dont contribute to their Scam DWP outfit, they aare Flat broke.

Hi Laura! This is such a nice vlog, I like the editing and your commentary ☺️ I noticed your stats for your runs, and I would look into “slow running to get faster”. Essentially, you want to run slow as heck in order to build your endurance. Pushing yourself too hard (especially with your heart zone super high) can lead to injury and doesn’t build your “aerobic base”. I only say this because I started running not too long ago, but I found out about “zone 2 running” / slow running, and it really helped me build my endurance and fitness level. I went from running 1-2km and being super tired, to running 5-10k regularly. Keep it up!! I love the authentic commentary 🫶
