I'm another one for you now.🔔 I'm doing more in England this year. Perhaps I can get to some of the places you've been. If you get to Wales you might go where I've been. Lots of cool places this way too. Lake District for me in the next few weeks. Keep them coming mate.👍

Thank you for sharing this walk. On Dartmoor in Devon the burning of parts of the Moor is called swaling. The burning regenerates the ground. Later in the spring the grass will grow up stronger and greener.

Charlotte deserved a much bigger waterfall

An impressive waterfall. It was even more impressive when I first saw it in 1968 when access wasn't restricted and we could walk behind the falling water.

Wouldn't it technically be Gaping Gill waterfall with a height of 109m? Admittedly it's in a cave.

The stone circle is used for an annual brass band concert/competition.
