I know it sounds unbelievable, but I am 40+ years old and my mother (who passed away years ago) used to cook this exact meal when I was a toddler. Because we appreciate the cheese from the farmer's market (eastern Europe). I just have to make it again.

@@proteinteacher I commented on this before but I will add that it is absolutely amazing. I have a hard time digesting fat because of acid issues and this is really quite great and I look forward to it in the mornings. I used Oikos Triple Zero Vanilla Greek yogurt and it is fantastic. I made this as penta batch in a 9x13 glass pan and it took about 40-45m to bake. Thanks again.
