Jollof rice recipe Fresh tomatoes Pointed peppers Onion , garlic & ginger Bell peppers Rosemary ( boil everything together and blend ) Fry some Vegetable oil Add Onion Add tomato paste Add blended pepper mix Stir fry for 15-20min Add meat broth Seasoning to taste Add parboiled rice Good mix Optional Add some sliced tomato , onion and some butter when rice is ready and give it a good mix.
