Meetings are horrible for my ADHD! It is sooooo hard to feel like I have time to start ANYTHING, when I know there's an upcoming meeting. I LOVE being able to hyperfocus, and meetings are the antithesis of hyperfocus!

Are women adhd or are we now performing functions that are outside of our natural capacity? Its like, an iPod isnt bad because it cant make a phone call, its good at what its function is. Just food for thought!

I have a Pinterest question that haven’t been able to figure out and maybe you can help 😊 Why are the “related tags” options so incredibly limited and how to go around it? Sometimes the options given are so irrelevant that I can’t find good keywords. Is that hurting my pins? TIA

I think we are feeling burn out because big business has taken over social media and completely changed it. I used to get hundreds of long, thoughtful comments on my Instagram posts - real discussions. I felt like I was part of community with my followers. Now, I get a few random comments. I share my soul and I don't feel any connection with anyone so I am not sure why I am doing it anymore.

Can one burnout when getting started? Or am I just letting the rejection get to me?

I really like newsletters. I prefer getting fresh blog style info vs days/weeks long funnel / drip. The thing that feels disingenuous in writing emails is you want to speak to a person directly, yet you are sending the email to thousands & everyone knows it. Reading / writing a newsletter feels more natural because there's no pretense and you can keep the archive available online. Just my preference.
