Met my buddy and Killboy Photog extraordinaire "Fastest Foreigner" at the Tail of the Dragon the day before Thanksgiving for a spot of lunch at Tapoco Lodge and some fun. Afterwards, I was served some humble pie watching him defy physics carving turns without seemingly even slowing down. It's always a great day hanging out with a friend.

We had a friend set up to capture some photos and were joined by a Porsche 911 GT3. This was from the Shady Valley Store back towards Bristol. Eleven 1/2 mins long so bring popcorn.

Watch on something larger than phone if possible for full effect. A great run with a guy I ran into on a trip to Hwy 421 (The Snake) to meet some friends. This a great young driver who gave me all I wanted in driving skill. Well done sir!

Watch on big screen if possible. Took advantage of a beautiful Fall day (11-7-24) to hit the Tail of the Dragonl and it didn't disappoint. Warm temps and almost no traffic and what little I ran into, pulled over fairly quickly. This is a much shorten version of the available footage but didn't want to over do it.

This is Hwy 63 going out of Asheville to where it T's into Hwy 209 (The Rattler). It's condensed and still over 7 mins long but gives an idea of the condition of the road. The curvy part of 63 is a hoot and I think underrated. Anyway, enjoy...

Finally got to a point after dealing with Hurricane Helene cleanup that I could take a day to test out Ms Ruby. There is not one thing about this car I don't like. I may not even do any mods to this one....(haha who am I fooling :-))
