This is the best movie in the x men franchise

This movie doesn't make it clear but Logan is being poisoned by two different sources. The adamantium is slowly poison wolverine which also call him to age and the adamantium poisoning also prevent him from evolving to become more powerful than the version of the character we've been watching throughout the movies. Logan is also being poisoned by the food adjective which prevents any further mutant from being born. This film takes place in the new Fox X-Men timeline that was created after the X-Men Days of Future past film which is also the same new timeline the Deadpool films take place within.

Screw this movie , I understand for Logan (and in general as a movie) it's great but for the 20+yrs worth of movies and stories within the X-Men world it took a massive S on all of it. All the characters we love all die at the hands of Charles (all off screen) and a even bigger blow there are no more mutants. Every single mutant had their powers stolen from them by the gov via poisoning the worlds food supply (also all done off screen). And then there's Professor X who dies in just a random S house thinking that it was Logan who killed him , SMH! ... And if this was on another timeline as all the other X-Men movies they should of made that clear within the movie and not just fans saying so after the fact because God what a absolutely horrible ending to the X-Men world.

This movie brought me to tears the first time I saw it and every time I see it... it hits just as hard. Love your reviews!!

so frustrating to watch you watch this failing to think within the narrative of the story over and over and over again. You expected him to fly even though it is completely irrational given what Kal's father told him the rationale for his powers is--- he's more nourished by the atmosphere, more energized by the sun, all just making him stronger. Jumping makes sense, but then, in the middle of a jump he launches again, he pushes-off against NOTHING. After that we see he's generating some kind of anti-gravity field that dust and pebbles can get caught up in. Thats way more than just "strong." Oh and how the fk does an extra nourishing atmosphere give him the ability to project energy-blasts from his face/eyes? No, part of what Kal's Kryptonian dad told him: the only way to know how strong he's become is to keep pushing his limits (they haven't found limits to it yet). Even at the end, Zod realizes Kal's been holding back (because he's not a soldier/killer), and Zod's strength is just childlike by comparison. That's when Zod decides to commit suicide by Superman.

I first watched this in the theater. Seeing Bodie explaining the transmission tower to Cassian was when the realization that none of them would survive sank in for me.

I think that Mon Mothma, the Rebel Leader, always wanted to attack Scariff, but the rules she was working under did not allow her to make such a big decision unilaterally. Once Rogue One got the ball rolling, she was free to make emergency decisions.

OPINION: This is the best Starwars, mainly on the deaths of main characters were a real life non fairy tale which set every one up to trust disney. sucks awakens was alright then dog**** followed. K2SO was great favorite andriod, and liked the fact it shows why the triggerman on the deathstar was slow to pull the trigger on Endor as he only had hit towns til obliterating Leah's home world which hit him with depression. If you read books suggest you check out the original planned ending trilogy in the now LEGENDS series.

FYI , in the books of the 3rd Trilogy it is revealed why the emperor commissioned the Death Star, and why the force chose Anikin to rebalance. A out of the galaxy invasion from the Vong who were immune to force abilities. This showed the Emperor's genius plan, to make a unified galactic military build up and 2 ace in the holes planned for a few more. Palpatine discovered them in his youth exploring the unknown regions keeping it a secret. Luke and the galaxy end up winning but at a difficult and heavy cost.

ok, FYI stormTroopers can shoot, if you recall VAder told them to capture not kill in the OG trilogy. he placed trackers on the ships, disney after this movie ran off with memes instead of lore.
