The gameplay remains almost the same as in Bubble Hero 2. In fact, it even uses the same engine but with new visuals:
- The major difference is that worlds can be played in a nonlinear order, but not completely as there are certain worlds that must be cleared first in order to unlock new ones.
- Five new characters are introduced.
- Power-ups are carried over from BH2 with the addition of dynamites, which are pretty useful to eliminate hard-to-reach enemies, and bomb bubbles, which I find hilarious when spammed.
- There are also new screen nuke...

Although the difficulty in this game is bonkers, I had fun playing it! It's quite intense when you try to get your hands on the Sun Puyos before the CPU does. It's also funny how the game's difficulty curve peaks at the first half just because the CPU has less colors and then it becomes "classic Puyo Puyo difficulty" after Nohoho. Puyo Puyo~n next ? Well, this was a disaster without the Hyper Dash. Again, I tried to guess which direction they go at the start of each cycle, but I reacted as much as I can. Just like in the previous video of LV3, it may take several attempts to get the merciful patterns. Kudos to whoever could beat this boss without taking damage under the same conditions.
