Yes KECO is the best, BUT your presentation acts like it's magic, GPR requires years of experience and persistent.
Does this need adhesion promoter on bare plastics?
Are there any videos or trainings you would recommend for how to read and interpret frame spec measurements?
Nice vid....please take better care of yourself that sloppy breathing is terrible.
Let me clarify, we shouldn't have to repair new panels. For starters, we don't repair them in the paint booth.
Another free bee new panel repair 😂
Wow, this podcast talks about everything except the truth. Let’s be honest business owners don’t wanna give any raises. They want you to work like a dog for minimum pay and everything is flat rate which I believe flat rate is a scam.
😆factory look
Most tire's are shit. Run out caused my the tire if the rim is not damaged. Most Aluminum rims run out less that .005. shit new Tire will run out .050
How can he do a quality repair when crash champions signed a contract with Continental auto parts which is the bottom of the barrel aftermarket parts companies and that's part of the reason for the technician shortage you got these young techs coming in putting these junk parts on cars and the parts make the car look like it is still wrecked the technicians gets discouraged because they don't know why there jobs look like crap they think they got new parts but they got new junk parts that they were set up for failure from the start I worked for a crash champions I spent countless hours on every job unpacking these junk aftermarket parts showing these estimators managers and insurance adjusters the difference between the OEM parts and aftermarket parts I had to fight for OEM parts on every job waste countless hours of my time just so I knew I was gonna put out a quality job every job and it was gonna get done once and come out perfectly these young techs do know any better and get discouraged and quit the customers wonder why the jobs take so long the insurance companies guidelines make you use aftermarket parts and and junkyard parts before you can get OEM parts that's at these direct repair shops like crash champions and tech don't want to have to fight everyday for quality parts and to throw more fuel on the fire the company signs a contract with the bottom of the barrel aftermarket parts dealer now the experience tech that cares about the work he puts out and cares about the customer getting a quality repair has to jump through hoops and fight with estimators managers and insurance adjusters to get the correct part for the car OEM parts not aftermarket parts that don't work it's a struggle I made the most money I ever made working at crash I made 137000 dollars in one year working there but the stress I had to endure was not worth it the systems were sat up to waste my time valuable time I could have spent with my family was taking away by fight for the correct OEM parts on every job they bring out a parts cart full of 30 parts all aftermarket id have to unbox unrap lay the parts out side by side with the wrecked parts figure out the difference take photos of the difference in between parts and wait on OEM parts estimators getting mad because it's cutting into gross profits and management getting upset it's cutting into gross profits because that's how they bonus they bonus off of wasting time trying to force techs to use these crap parts customers don't see that end of crash I turned that location around because I cared about what kinda job I put out when I left it all went down hill my names Justin Carroll I'm am the best repair man in Ohio there's nothing I can't repair no job to big or to small I am a A level technician I can repair things that 90 percent of techs would just throw parts at I'm a rare breed in this industry matt can figure out what Ohio location I was at and see what it did for his company I just want the world to understand why this trade is going in the direction that it is I'm not pointing fingers but the process was a failure from the start
Is there a mixing ratio by weight?
" Fastest person will win a prize" = cut employees hours. Nice try.

Hi
Service king ripped my truck apart, didn’t tell me, and when I asked for it back they sent it to me on a tow truck with no doors, and never bothered telling me they tore it apart. Obviously I was pissed, they cost me 4K, refused to reimburse me, so I filed officially with the BBB, the guy even argued with me over the BBB website. I’d swear they never resolved my issue, lost their BBB accreditation and had to merge and rebrand so they could continue doing business with other businesses (I.e. State Farm and other major carriers) and all bc they wouldn’t pay me the 4K. It’s absolutely mind boggling how far businesses in America will go just to not pay you a penny.
Well this was akward!
I have been passionate about electric vehicles since I was a child. I didn't have many opportunities in life to advance in this world, but little by little I started working with electric bikes, electric scooters, electric motorcycles and now my dream is to work with electric cars! Today I have an electric scooter maintenance workshop, DSBBIKESELETRICAS, in my city and I love this world!
This is just a small part, alot of us know the real reason but since you touched on the trade school situation, I will give you my thoughts on it. The tech students arent being taught real applicable things. First day out the gate they need a clip tool and learning how to R&i stuff. If they cant help there mentor tear a car apart and put it back together then what good is teaching them welding, fixing dents etc tbh the 1st few years they'll be in the trade they'll need a grant to help with tools and bs low pay. The last thing they need is a 100 tool payment a week making 3to400 dollars a week. Breaking these young kids before they even get a chance. This is just a small part. I didnt even touch on the other stuff I'm afraid of scaring people away. 😕
Is it acceptable to triple stack weights?
You guys are the techs who write the estimates ?
What about START in Tesla. To learn
Thank you that was helpful!
👍
Insurance companies are paying shops an embarrassingly low shop rate. There isn't enough money on the table to pay a reasonable wage for skilled labour in our industry.
Anybody know what I need to connect this to the Q5 platinum turbine? Also where can I find the special cups that screw into the top of the gun?
How about video
Awesome
How do you preserve it from getting hard in the tube after open?
Thank you!
This is hilarious, Two little two late. 30 year veteran of the industry good luck, cause I and many just like me refuse to do it for minimum wage.
Who wrote that rubbish
Where to find in Montreal?

you see those monster pin holes?
This is usted for what and how.?????
As an amateur, now on my 3rd can of UPol Premium Dolphin Filler, I now weigh everything. Had a couple of fails on this product, and took me ages to scrape it all off. Its a lovely product for sanding, but mix ratio seems very sensitive compared to other fillers I used...where I never weighed anything before. Weighing certainly helps consistency between the layers with multiple swipes on complex curves.
What a bunch of BS... He has no idea. 😂
I would say run away from this industry. Highest paid tech is 27.00 per hour. Your tool bill from snapon will be $250 a week. No benefits hard work and endless problems. Working for people that sale a peice of paper. Go to work for the insurance companies. They have a cake walk no overhead other than marketing. They get parts commissions for finding insurance approved parts with quote # that how they get their commissions. You will wake up one day realizing you were just being used bye con men. Broken back and you can't breathe from all the Hazards Chemicals. Even if you start your own unless you're a cheat You won't make any money robbing peter to pay paul.
Everyone is scared to Comment
Can I use on a plastic spoiler for car?
Great gun skills.😂
These machines are amazing. Especially if building a car from a bunch of new panels.. these can weld 3 overlapping sheets badda bing. These also maneuver all over. I’ve only seen one in a very well established shop but it was amazing to try and watch
