A newer move called the policeman. Trying to get the shoulders used to the movement...and the lovely stretch.

Iron X! It's getting so close! After having to deal with some shoulder and neck injuries for the past half a year i'm finally back at really training this move.

My Miss Pole Dance Alberta routine which won people's choice. The conditions for pole were poor: we had to perform on carpet and we were told the poles would be 13ft but they ended up being 11ft. Luckily I didn't mess up too much :)

Choreographed this in two days for my Miss Pole Dance Alberta 2011 audition.
