That Radial project is fine - it's some major cooperation in ARMS label, I think there is Bas Mooy or some of his buddies, but they wanted some big money for playing, I was pretty much bummed about it, because they were newcomers with their radial projects and they acted like metallica in terms of self confidence. So yeah I hope that they now know what is what, who is who, who is Metallica, who is Stay Up Forever, who is Chris, who is Aaron, who is Paul! Who is Radial! Don't want to be bummed.

its the whole point to go out there and find them
where are you going then
avoiding -ballroom techno- of Drumcode type(s) and exploring other, less known sides of techno. for example, if you like Radial, find him on Discogs and see what labels he was associated with, what other producers, stuff like that. there are many fine techno tracks, from 90s onwards.
I have not heard anything like this just yet but check out Woo York - Phantom. It's a bit more hypnotic but similar.
