People who have never lived here should not talk shit about said place!! Nor should they be allowed to drive through and video said place for amusement!! I lived here for 3yrs with my husband, teenaged son and our 2 dogs!! We struggled for weeks to get into apartment buildings that constantly denied us because my husband didn't make 3x the rent!! Which in most places these days is $1800 and up with nothing included and you have to pass a credit check!! But this place is affordable for those in need when everyone else fails them!! I paid $650 a month for a lovely 1bdrm trailer that was big enough to turn the living room into a bdrm for our son and still have a sitting area/place to eat meals together!! The owners of the park are amazing!! They go out of their way for the people who live there!! We're talking Christmas presents for all the children, Christmas dinner at restaurants for all tenants to attend!! They always have hot coffee at the office when it's open and snacks!! They hold BBQs and supply all the food!! Set off Fireworks and so much more!! It's a community!! Theirs a horseshoe pit outback, swings, a beautiful pond with all kinds of walking trails!! Most of the people are friendly and giving!! Whom would help anyone in need!! The maintenance crew always came when I called and fixed the issues at hand, like any other place!! The roads and outside of some of the trailers might not be perfect but you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover!! What most people have done with the inside of their home is amazing!! Everyone likes to decorate for all the holidays!! Some of the yards might be full because older people love to collect things and maybe some of them are holders but it's their space!! If you don't like it, don't look at it!! I know people who live in every trailer park their is in Rochester and this is by far not the worst one!! Their are mothers and fathers that work hard to support and supply for their children that live there, along with teachers and nurses!! Their might be a few bad apples but what place doesn't!! I see them everywhere not just in trailer parks!! Gas stations are the worst actually if it's the bad apples this video is referring too!! If you don't have anything nice to say, you probably shouldn't say anything at all!! Not to mention said park is still there and thriving!! They are making changes but it's a slow process!! Every time someone moves out or gets evicted, said trailer gets a makeover/remodel or gets replaced entirely before the next tenant moves in!! And if for some reason down the line I needed a place to rent again, I would go back!!

A loved ones sudden death can lead you to make choices you sometimes regret. I put my husband in a very well maintained community maus. It cost about 14 grand in 2005. I won't be joining because I want cremation and to have my ashes interred in my Dads grave. I wish I had sent him home to Chicago so he could have rested with his parents. Feel bad leaving him in there so far away from his home.😥

I recently saw a trade video and recognized these. Many of these maus are by the same vender. They build them in a factory and deliver them fully assembled and then they set them up on a stone pallet. Smallest is about the price of a modest house!

I was there for 6 months in 69. Much of it has stone veneer or actual stone walls. They kept the hard cases in the cell block. Minor offenders were kept in large rooms. Mostly pot smokers or guys who went AWOL. Food was good. Cold and snowing in the Winter. Warm inside. No TV.

The entire cemetery looks more spruce than many others.

Just an FYI, the shelves you see at the back of a family mausoleum, usually with a stained glass window, was used for the sole purpose of a Catholic priest to offer the Mass of the Dead for the repose of the soul of the deceased. These shelves/“altars”were not for the purpose of holding trinkets, pictures, statues, or fake flowers but for the perpetual offering of Holy Mass for the dead. Families would pay a stipend to their parish priest for the offering of holy mass inside the mausoleum yearly. Unfortunately, the novus ordo heresy obliterated the Mass for the Dead and finding a Catholic priest to offer Mass inside a mausoleum is now next to impossible.

Just an FYI. Those marble “tables / shelves” in the back of the mausoleum (holding pictures, fake flowers and “trinkets”)were built for the sole purpose of a Catholic priest to offer Holy Mass for the repose of the soul of the deceased - inside the mausoleum. Unfortunately, due to the heresy from the “novus ordo”, the Mass of the Dead is now defunct and finding a truly Catholic priest to offer holy mass for the deceased, inside a mausoleum, is now next to impossible. 2:52
