Two teams are set up on two sides of a rectangle playing field. Objects (ideally tables) should be set up as barriers along the sides. Players hit balls back and forth (with their hands only) to score on the enemy teams goal. Extra balls can be added throughout the gameplay at the whim of the game leader. Players must remain seated and should fold legs if possible. Players cannot scoot to a different spot. Teams should also rotate players throughout the game. When teams rotate can be determined by the game leader.
