I agree about pricing, greedy retailers, Chanel, I am looking at you! $10,000 for a medium classic flap, come onnnnnn!!! I will also spend thousands on somethings, $5,000 for a Chanel jumbo or Medium classic flap, ok, not happy but ok, $500 for Michael Kors or Coach, no…. Nope, wait for a sale or skip it all together. I am especially reluctant to spend on polyurethane, plastic, etc., they like to call them faux leather to justify the price, but they are what they are.

I have no problem returning. If an item is not as represented, if the fit is off, if it is a new style for me and looks horrendous, if the quality or feel of the fabric is not good, back it goes. In this horrible economy here in the USA, I cannot afford to waste any money.
