As for Legendborn, if you're feeling meh about book 1, I don't think you'll enjoy book two as it is more of the same thing. We do get more of Bri's side of the magic and the root magic but it's still very similar in format to the first book. So yeah just keep that in mind ❤ I really hope you filmed a boss fight blog because omg I can't wait for your reactions to it 😅

I love when the sequel is so much better than book one like with the KJ Charles book! The only one I have read here is the scythe novel and I really liked the concept of that one. But as a the typical standalone reader that I am, I have never continued the series. D:

I also sometimes struggle to follow audiobooks, mostly because I sometimes zone and then come back and I’m like ‘wait what?’ 😂 it’s the best when someone has died and you completely zoned out during their death 😅
