Tengo un XC60, comprado en el año 2010, mes de Diciembre. El sistema Safety system, ha empezado a dar fallos, mostrando la avería en el cuadro instrumental de mandos. Llevado a taller oficial, y de facturación cercana a 700eur el arreglo del sistema, me informan que la pieza responsable del fallo está descatalogada por la marca y sin repuestos o existencias para sustituir. Llamado a otro taller oficial me confirman el diagnóstico del anterior taller. Puesto en contacto con Volvo cars España, confirman el estado de descatalogado de la pieza y qué la marca por Ley sólo tiene obligación de mantener reponibles durante 10 años. El coche tiene 13 años y medio actualmente, pero existen modelos menos edad con ese sistema, así que por tiempo del vehículo no es. Hoy estamos a 28 de agosto, la conversación con Volvo cars España fue el jueves de la semana pasada. Quedaron en buscar solución, mandarme reporte de la incidencia y aviso de las posibles soluciones o intenciones de la marca. A día de hoy, no he recibido ninguna comunicación de la marca. Entiendo que Volvo, no respeta a sus clientes, una vez comprado el coche. Mi pregunta es, ¿si es solo en España o es a nivel mundial?.
