I think you are describing a Karmic connection/contract, which is toxic, because it is hurting you with the aim to distroy you ; not a twin flame, which is indeed very intense, brings out the parts in us that need healing and we need to confront but at the same time it means support in this self discovery process

I always figured I would be more the chaser, but I had a dream the other night that made me question this. In the dream I was talking to someone who said she'd officiated a wedding over the weekend and that the bride was someone more authentic and raw than she even knew existed. She said the wedding was for my twin flame and I started to panic because I'd not been involved in any kind of wedding. I felt myself jump back into my body to run away from the dream. As I'm jumping back into my body, I hear him say "it's you, my Love." I said "I know it's SUPPOSED to be" but continued on and woke up feeling super anxious for a while until I had allowed myself to calm down and wondered if it was meant to be a sign that he's come or coming into union within himself, but I definitely freaked all the same. Since then I've been trying to navigate that place of balance within me again and have definitely had to turn my focus back inward.

Some of these signs are there for me. I feel his presence everywhere I go. And I have been feeling a shift in me as well. It started a month ago, but with a lot of tears at first. And I had a dream about him last week.

Twin flame.. I just read heard this recently. Ive been asking the cosmos why things have to end this way and I got an answer through Dolores books. Everything she describe about twin flames resonates with me. The separation pain is real, felt like a part of my body part or soul is split in half and gone forever. The longing and aches lasted 10 years. We have hard time being together because we cant stand being " twin" and mirrored eachother. I do hope that one day when our soul is matured enough and ready we will be reunited.

Knowing who your twin flame is feels like you loved someone and then they just died with no explanation … the pain is that bad. But hey at least I love myself more
