Ok. I have to address this one on depression. I feel I have to ride this train because as a black woman I suffer with depression. I come from a sociological position when I look at life’s situations, happenstance, etc. a lot of depression does come from trauma they can be from something as big as molestation or as small as being told you’re ugly and no one wants to love you. Depression sits under the umbrella of trauma and is one of many symptoms of trauma. Under that umbrella you’ll also have anxiety, fear, paranoia. Etc. just saying.

Wow. Bro, you sound like an old school who was taught to hide their emotions cause we’re not supposed to show signs of depression or anxiety. I remember telling my aunt I was depressed and being told that I needed to go depress them damn dishes. One of the generational curses people of color have is hiding their mental state. Shh. Don’t tell ya friends your daddy hears voices, or don’t tell ya friends mommy is nice one day and violent the next. Meanwhile others are allowed to seek help and have medicine to their disposals. Why are we as people of color not allowed to have depression because of past trauma. Boredom? I’m sure there are more people out there who wish that they were bored instead of depressed. Yeah bro. Yes. You're right. I'm not versed enough to go to deep explanation on the subject. However I did check with a psychologist and she stated it was a stated point on so many avenues.... That it is not her words Linear. Just read up as you said and expand on such a vast subject.....

I suggest you look up the definition of depression because it definitely is Not manifested from what you describe as boredom or monotony, etc. Depression is a serious mood disorder which severely affects how you feel, think, and your ability to handle activities of daily living. I think the Smith family has had to deal with a lot of issues such as infidelity, childrens’ sexuality, and being celebrities that can bring on alot of feelings to disrupt the family balance. I think Will hitting Chris was a sign that Will is dealing with some emotional problems. Most social media posts are positive and fun. No one ever posts themselves crying or hurt. Will is known personally and professionally as a nice and safe Black man. It’s evident in his rap and acting. So seeing him slap Chris was a different side we’ve never seen. Even though he was defending his wife because of the insensitive joke, he should be arrested and charged. Sometimes it takes getting in trouble with the law that someone sees the seriousness with their problem and seek professional help which Jada and Will need if they want to sustain a healthy and happy marriage.

For the most part I’m happy but I still would like to improve my financial situation to be able to experience interests that I have and things on my bucket list.
