@@johnnychris97 The stadium was wild. Lumen has the smallest footprint, and it showed. The seats were steeper than I thought. The view from the high seats were still pretty good views. The view was beautiful. The 12th man got their loudest on 3rd downs in the 4th quarter. They turned in up a notch. Was hard to get food at halftime tho. I like how the jumbotrons were set up. By the hawks nest. The overhangs look the coolest when your inside the stadium. That feeling when walking out the tunnel to the seats was surreal. Wont ever forget it. Love the way the seating was set up

Nice video. FYI the FIFA World Cup in 2026 in Seattle will be during Juneteenth so our area will be celebrating and another historic reason is the partnership with the Puyallup Tribe of Indians, marking the first time the tournament had Indigenous People enter into an agreement with any host city that will focus on the legacy that will outlive the local matches. Some of the upgrade for FIFA include expansion of the current video boards, upgrades to Wi-Fi, food & drinks. FYI the grass is already being grown for the field and will be laid down in early spring of 2026. The stadium was originally designed for the world cup so the infrastructure was designed and built with this in mind so there is already plumbing underneath the artificial surface. The grass is being grown in Washington state. I was born and raised in Renton. Huge Seahawk, Sounder, Sonic, Storm, Reign, Mariner, Kraken, Orcas, Seawolves, Huskies fan! All the Seattle Teams!

The current mile high stadium took over the land from the original and also replaced McNichols Arena. Where the Colorado Avalanche and Denver Nuggets had first called home. Now it’s part of Mile Highs parking lot. As a Denver sports fan it really is odd how such a fairly new stadium already feels very outdated compared to most NFL stadiums. There has been talks that a new mile high is to be built in the 2030’s with new ownership slowly starting to give the franchise a new look. Said rumors claim the new stadium would be built near DIA and would use L.A’s idea of using shuttles to get fans to the stadium. Altitude sports radio 92.5 had a close source to the broncos claim it would utilize a glass ceiling to make it an indoor stadium to encourage a Super Bowl in a cold Colorado February. That being said it would be pretty sad seeing such a staple/icon in the heart of Denver. Driving on I-25 and seeing it I say is how you know you’re in downtown Denver. Sorry for the long comment, hope the rebuild will finally get this team going where it should’ve been since ‘17. Go Broncos
No need to apologize, very fascinating stuff. In my opinion, I don’t think it looks outdated at all! I have heard rumors of renovations or even moving the whole stadium completely which like you said would be pretty sad considering it’s such a staple of downtown Denver. Although in today’s day and age, a lot of stadiums are moving more towards having closed stadiums so they’re not exposed to the elements that can hinder or delay performances. Whatever they decide, hopefully it’s an upgrade that keeps the spirit of Mile High!
