Rendering Parametric Forms Using Canny Model (ControlNet)
In this tutorial I showcase another example of a parametric modeling workflow using Stable Diffusion running inside Grasshopper. This time I have used the pretrained CANNY model that gives better results.
For this example I tried to develop a mesh model using Subdivision forms in grasshopper. This model is used as an image input for a diffusion rendering controlled with prompts.
We are continually improving the tool and will cover some other examples of how to use generated images for parametric modeling workflows.
Stay tuned for more!

Parametric Tower with Stable Diffusion
Просмотров 4418 месяцев назад
In this tutorial I try generate a parametric workflow that combines a parametric tower and parametric urban massing forms together. The model is input to a stable diffusion Image to Image engine using prompts. I got some interesting results, but the input geometries have to be kept simple for the image generation to work well. I hope you like the video! If you are interested in learning about p...
Generative Plans with Parametric Masks (Stable Diffusion)
Просмотров 3338 месяцев назад
In this tutorial I try to generate a parametric workflow that can output masks as image input for image generation using Stable Diffusion. The results are quite interesting and challanging. I realized that simpler prompts generate better results and try to define the images without separation of commas. For further help you can check out some prompt samples found here. stablediffusionweb.com/pr...

This is a walktrough video I capture of Chuch St Gregory located in Ani Ruins, Kars / Turkey. It's one of the most well preserved religious structures located in Ani, however the interior frescos and parts of the building are damaged / eroded. Despite all of this it has an inherent beauty of characteristic medieval Armenian Architectural style. Below is a brief information about the structure. ...
ANI RUINS: Walking Tour

Here is a walking tour video I shot during my visit to Ani Ruins, located in Kars, Türkiye. In April the weather is pretty mild, there was a little wind in the area and it was not as cold, compared to harsh winter conditions. We also saw a lot cows from local villages feeding off the grass. We were lucky to capture the beautiful landscape under the sun. I hope you enjoy this video! If you like ...

In this tutorial I showcase a plug-in that uses Stable Diffusion inside Grasshopper for image to image translation. Using this tool, you can further transform or stylize generated images using prompts. For this example I tried to develop a few variations of a house rendering but you can achieve a lot more with it depending on what you want to achieve. We are continually improving the tool and w...
AI Texture: Stable Diffusion generated landscapes
Просмотров 3319 месяцев назад
For this tutorial I have developed a sample workflow for text to image using stable diffusion. We generate images through a remote server using keywords for a procedural landscape bitmap. I then use the generated image to model a topography mesh with height values extracted from RGB channels. I used the formula 0.299*Red 0.587*Green 0.114*Blue to convert RGB values to grayscale to generate heig...
AI Images in Rhino

Text 2 Image: Stable Diffusion & Grasshopper
Wow , so enlightening, thx!
Hey nice tutorial.. how to move in the direction of attractirs instead if z direction
woww
How is this "attractor" anything more than a nonphysical and trivial outcome of nothing more than your mathematical premises?
Thanks, at 3:50 starts the really nitty gritty bit of this tutorial.
oh yeah, why use "negate" to insert only 1 box instead of 3, why use "entwine" if you can graft merge ... im gonna lose it already😂😂
Thanks !!!
Hey can u plz tell me were i can find the text dot tag
hi i saw ur video it's really very helpful, just one doubt why we can't use remap numbers to scale down the radius instead of the deconstructive domain
I designed a mosque in Architecture school and for the life of me could not figure out how to approach modeling Muqarnas. In the end, I eyeballed it but felt a bit defeated. It's great to see how you were able to approach this! Thank you for the video. I might have to revisit that project for fun and model it correctly 😜
Thanks for this great video. As a student of Art History, I could not find anything good on this church!!😊👍
the mesh is not constructing and is saying: insufficient vertices
thank you!!
Thank you so much for your entertaining and informative videos ! Do you have any idea how to let two given/already lovingly drawn (single span) curves intersect (in a non tangent way/) in one point, two curves which are not touching/intersecting by just a tiny bit ? For example having drawn one continous and clean single span curve, representing the frontal edge of a car bonnet, continuing into the wing as a panel gap and another one, about vertical to it, representing the upper and frontal edge of the wing, both drawn fitting to the top, front and side views of the underlying 2D plans. Is there/ do you know/ can you think of a way to achieve a clean intersection in one point without re-drawing one of the curves ? Using "ClosestPt", it is possible to generate a point on one curve, that serves well to draw a newly redrawn second curve through, using "CurveThroughPt" for example. In other words: Is there a way to force an existing control point curve to pass through a given point? ...making it snap magnetically to another curve passing close by or to a point on it?
Thank you!
teşekkür ederim
Great to watch this, congrats! Can you create a tutorial on how you created your own Stable Diffussion plugin inside grasshopper?
omgg , how did you make that texture on your model is this a material???
Thank you so much that was of a big help !
COOL! What tool is this? Do you have a project website?
Awesome Tutorial!! How can I make the lines to be vertical?
Good video, Thankyou
Very nice tutorial, thank you! It was easy to follow along and rebuild it on my own.
Nice Content. Thanks Sir!
youre using weaverbird ... any solution without weaverbird please
How can i make same but in a sphere ?
Thnak you so much for sharing! Such a great video!
i put '180-2*x' then it's wrong
me2!!! how can i fix this!
Thank you so much for this knowledge ❤
Thanks bro, Jazakallah 🎉
cool
Well explained! I’m just wondering if there’s a way to do it even more elegant 😄 Thank you
Thank you so much for this. Please make more.
Is there a master file that we can modify to change all sorts of shapes in a vase ?
hi why is my refine still showing an error even after connecting
Very helpful! Thanks a lot!
can we negative and positive extrusions like threshold one will be negetive
Amazing views.
Heart breaking to see such a jewel of Christianity stolen, defiled, isolated and forgotten. Shame on Europe and Russia for betraying the oldest Christian state.
very good tutorial !!! thx for uploading
hi, i am an architectural student and i learned a lot from just this video alone. i am curious from where u learned to use grasshopper. Aspire to be like you one day ❤
Thank you very much for sharing! Could you please give me some tips on how to do it in Kangaroo 2 - as the commands somewhat differ from Kangaroo.
Brilliant! I'll be coming back to your channel a lot! Thank you!
brilliant
What command can I use to remove elements from a list without repeating myself?
Thank you so much 🙏🙏🙏🙏. This is exactly the video that I was looking for since I started learning CAD a month ago ❤. Now, I have a good idea on how to develop the products that I have in mind 😁. Thank you so much Bro 🙏.
