La plus grande version du 21ème concerto pour piano de Mozart, avec Dinu Lipatti en état de grâce comme toujours et Karajan l'accompagnant avec grande finesse et poésie, la référence absolue de ce chef d'œuvre, merci infini à eux et surtout Mozart pour cette divine musique 🎶

This is so much more operatic, so much more bel canto than any of the operatic renditions, and not even close.

I really like this version of Chaconne and how beautifully Arthur Grumiaux has played it - as a stately baroque dance with the emotions swirling around it. Listening to current performers do this piece it is normally played in a straightforward romantic manner and "performative" style. The romance of Grumiaux's performance is in the music as the notes cascade into a torrent at points, but always admirably restrained. I am in awe of this performance. Thank you for sharing!

Thank you very much. There are many great violinists of the 20th century, but Arthur Grumiaux has left perhaps the greatest and most varied repertoire in his prodigious recordings. I am undyingly grateful to him as well.
