Hello Indica, I am so glad that you was able to try this scent out. I’m sorry that opening didn’t work for you. I know that exactly feeling and it is truly a disappointment. I’ve been running into that same problem myself so don’t feel alone. I would like to retitle this scent complicated complexity. Simply because at least in my case it’s kind of weather based. Like I live in Chicago and the weather here is NOT consistent. Meaning one day it can be 88 and then the next day it can 70. It can rainy, sunny or windy. I had a chance to try this scent on different days and different temps and I’m going to try to break it down to the best of ability: Projection: I’ve noticed when the temps was warm and the sun was beeming I was able to smell hints of that madeleine-vanilla. It was not enough to get any ones attention. Overall: I agree with Clothes vs skin: on skin it does not last at all. Well at least my skin. Also it smell more powdery on my skin (when the temps was a little cooler). On clothes I didn’t notice it right away but as time progressed I was able to smell it. Initial spray: I do smell something laconic but it’s short lived for me. With this scents the two body lotions I’ve layer this with is: -vanilla romance by BBW 👍🏽 - cheirosa 40 lotion 👍🏽 - cheirosa 59 😢 (okay but not my top choice to layer with this scent)

Carousel is everything I could want in a fragrance! It’s just pure sugary goodness 🍭🍬🥰!!! A full bottle is definitely on the way. I tried out Casablanca as well based on the notes. I feel like I get a couple of different things when I first spray it…I get something powdery, a faint hint of something fruity, and then something deep (probably the Incense or Saffron note…which may or may not be enjoyable to you depending on what you’re looking for in this fragrance). But I enjoy the dry down! I feel like that Marshmallow and sweet notes are what stay around. I think it could potentially be full bottle worthy, but I definitely enjoy Carousel the most 🎠!!!

Surprised that the full size is only 1.7 oz and it’s over $100!! 😮😮

My only hesitation with this line is the longevity. Many of their perfumes are adored but number one thing I see in reviews is they don't last😢 but I just might have to check this out. How does it compare to angels share? Thats my only other apple scent I own.

I have Carnivale and I absolutely love it! I def get the creamy mango but it’s a grown sexy sweetness. I think this house does a great job with creating depth to their fragrances! If you decide to get the discovery set can you do a video giving us your thoughts🙏🏼

Hey beautiful, yes Carousel is 🔥. I’m so glad you love it and yes it takes you on a Carousel ride 🤣🤣. I only have Carnivale from that brand and I love that one as well. I’m super glad I purchased a full size bottle because I’m obsessed with that fragrance. What color is that on your nails I love it and you look amazing but you always do, I’m glad I found your channel ❤.

I say if it isn’t hitting off the jump, it ain’t gonna! No matter how long you keep trying it. Especially if you watched someone else say oh it smelled totally opposite on them. That’s the body chemistry 🧪 in action. I’m not the type to spend money 💸 on perfumes, that u have to wait until it sits, or get over that stink, until it finally smells good on me. Ain’t nobody got time for that! It’s like you saying to your man, “Sorry baby I might stink for a solid 20 minutes but i promise imma smell good!” No 😂 lol

This fragrances sounds so good but sounds like one that should definitely be tested on skin first. Thanks for your thoughts on this perfume Love 💕

I’ve layered the raspberry pomegranate with Mod blush. I get the tartness but I think mod blush compliments it well. I might have to try Mod Blush with strawberry dream next.

Girllll I swear the way you pick up on scents is so similar to how I do 😭 I was expecting something else too based on the notes maybe with time and letting it sit it’ll get better but as of now I can’t get through that sour milk smell just to smell somewhat nice 🫠
