Timeline: - "Toccata and Fugue" in D minor - "Skyline R31 GTS/ GTS-R" promo (the skyline that re-inspired nissan). - "Back on the rocks" probably they saw the chance to recreate this ad in the series (they did, when they present Takeshi, camera angles are identical) - "Bach is Back" used in Battle Digest, a new incarnation of the "referencing the 31 promo" idea. Funny enough people adopted it as the "GTR" theme, and it started with a half-blood R, since the 31 was a GTS-R not a GTR. The 31's racing victories in Australia was what inspired Nissan to make another GTR, in its next gen... the 32, the rest is history...
