Pretending that a 0.02% alteration to atmospheric composition is responsible for heating the other 99.98%, then somehow transfering almost all of the heat into the oceans.............. This is the kind of scam you would expect if it was some Nigerian Prince running the UN's World Meteorological Organisation for 20 years, then had an illigetimate child called the IPCC. Oh gosh ! Godwin Obasi of Nigeria did run the WMO ofr 20 years and started the IPCC. How did that happen - it could'nt possably be by embezzling funds for things like training meteorologists in impoverished countries and using the money instead to bribe other officials to vote for his policies??????? But shurley a UN appointed auditor would have found that out - oops, she got sacked for putting in her report that the Sec Gen, deputy sec gen and head of legal were all corrupt.
