Yes you can! Matcha can be taken without milk, it’s just a richer taste than green tea 🍵 or you could just add a dash of milk so it’s not as rich 🥰 hope that helps!

Generally it is 80% diet and 20% exercise, so even if you exercise a lot, which makes you hungry and compensate with larger portions or “cheat meals” than it would be difficult to loose weight in my experience the treadmill didn’t help 😂 it’s all about your beliefs too. If you believe it’s impossible, it is impossible for you. If you believe anything is possible, your reality will be what you expect 🥰 therefore incorporating matcha to a normal diet (not too much portion/junk food), the matcha ingredients speed up your metabolism and hence burn more fat cells leading to weight loss 💖 hope to see you as a subbie xx

Yes haha, that would be the correct step. When you apply the coat it is “wet” to purposely make the powder stick to your nail, so you don’t need to wait for it to dry. I’ll be making another video on French tip dip nails, hope to see you as a subbie xx

That’s what I was worried at first but no hahaha! The powder only gets stuck to the layer of polish (one thin layer) and the rest is intact in the container 💖 hope to see you as a subbie xx

I’m so glad it’s working for you!! Yes, it’s because the ingredients itself “speeds up” your metabolism given that your diet is the same or eat a bit less (instead of eating till 100% full, id cut down to 70-80% full) if I’m trying to lose weight, therefore you only reduce your portion and not cut any important nutrients out of your diet. 💖 hope to see you around as a subbie xx

How do you drink it?

@@anajacobo92 so I personally drink it like a latte so I do add some creamer and milk but only 2 shots if milk and 1 shot of creamer and then after mixing the matcha powder I fill it up with water and then pour those shots in, but to have a better result drinking it just plain is your best bet if you don't mind the taste of it

Hi lovely so sorry for the delay, just got back from my holiday 🙈 I had the same dilemma as you!! I was gonna get the bigger size cos it can fit more, but then it’s wayy too heavy considering the metal chain already puts weight and the bag itself. I went with the small at the end seeing it looks more classy and elegant and “expensive” looking. I think the larger one looks a little bit disproportionate in size 🤔. I’d defs get the small size for a fancy bag for nice events fits your phone, card case, lipstick, mirror and keys….basics. For a bigger bag I’ll get a different design like I got the YSL LOU LOU (in a separate vid) more spacious and doesn’t weigh as heavy as the larger size of the tassel bag 😂

For going to office I wouldn’t bother with a whisk, I do have a cheap frother from IKEA for $2.50 and I whisk my matcha with hot water, then froth up my warm milk separately. It is honestly sooo calming great start to your day!🥰

Make sure to really wipe all excess off the brush when using the base before you apply it to your nail! I know it can be a bit tricky once the powder is on but I just try use as thin as possible layer of the base coat! Good luck!

Hahaha that was my first go 😆my secret to make it “thin” is basically when you apply the polish try to only use a small drop of product and brush it evenly on your nail (if you raise your hand to be eye level I find this easier), that way when you dip in the powder it won’t “clump” as much! 💖 hope this helps!! Hi lovely, I’d drink matcha for morning cos it has l-theanine kinda like caffeine but steady alertness. Some people can have it before bed but for me I won’t be able to sleep haha - try Hojicha for night time (it’s kinda like matcha but more of an earthy taste). It has no caffeine, and has a tone of benefits like relaxation and weight loss! Google it up xx 💕💕

I’ve used sunscreen & Retin A for years and I look a decade younger! I’m just wondering if Matcha will also keep me looking unusually young. I’ve been drinking about 5 cups a day for the last month, ceremonial grade. I lost 4 lbs in a week!!!

Ohhh I get you YAS SIS! I look a decade younger than my real age 🤣 that’s why Japanese people look young and live long cos of the high antioxidants in matcha - antioxidants fights off free radicals (aka ageing) so 5 cups is huge!! 😄💖
