Not bad for a first episode. Much more of ment style of writing which is by no means bad. With the exception of Raphtalia the rest of the cast of characters are a bit much. It feels like everyone is too high energy all of the time and it can get exhausting being cranked to 11 for 8 minutes straight. A good roller coaster has dips, valleys, and peaks. Going down the dip non stop while fun at first will get old fast. Overall I give it a 6/10 for a first episode.
