Here is my successful run of the hardest challenge Everhood has to offer. This was seriously one of the worst trophies I have ever earned. This game will waste your time make you fail countless times with most of those fails not being your fault.
So this No Hit trophy is quite different from the rest of the game as it uses the same control scheme when you're outside of battle and in the overworld. This fight cannot be replayed in the "Replay Battles" section in the main menu, so loading a save, waiting past the cutscene, and going through Part 1 of the Incinerator is required to try it again.
