@nivar2991 He is. But it's also a question of definition. Victor Wooten is (in my world) the best when it comes to innovation and technique. Niels Henning Ørsted Pedersen is the best in consistent harmonics flow (what this means is that his "flow" between speed, tone and rhythm is above everyone else). John Myuong has incredible technique, but lacks innovation and originality. And I could go on and on...
i dare say Victor Wooten's THE BEST bassist in the world.
