I am going to guess I am 10,000 - 20,000 of the views on this video if not more. I have had bad sleep anxiety my entire life and noises are what helps solve it most of all. Found this video years ago doing some late night searching for relaxing sounds and discovered that for some reason the sounds from this video have an effect on me that just calms me down in a way nothing else really can. On my worst nights I just watch this over and over until I sleep and it always ends up working. So please never take this down lol

Def reccomend it, I live in S Florida I haven’t ridden it in 2 weeks because of the storms but my first ride I found the pedal assist pretty good. You can hit 20 mph .
