Vlog ⚡️ 04:30 Morning Routine | A routine for a non-morning person
Hey everyone 💛 Today, I’m sharing my super early morning routine-or maybe it’s more of a reset-morning routine. Since moving into this house, I’ve really struggled to get back into a routine. Some days are better than others, but I’m reminding myself to be kind to myself, listen to my body, and ease back into things.
While my routine has improved since filming this, here’s a look at how it was at the time. I know waking up at 4:30 AM isn’t for everyone, but when I want to have a productive day, it really helps me avoid feeling rushed and stressed-and who needs that, right? 😂
Thank you for spending the morning with me!

A chat about feeling like an imposter as a content creator

So... today, I decided to open up about my own struggles with feeling like an imposter-something I think many creators face-and how it affects my journey. There are so many moments of self-doubt, and it often feels like a constant battle to push past the negative thoughts and keep creating. But here's what I've learned: trusting the process is key. When these feelings arise, I remind myself tha...

Gender Roles in Harry Potter: Breaking Stereotypes or Sticking to Tradition?

In this video, I'm looking into the gender roles and power structures in J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone. Love your choice on 4,,,,, I'd change the hobbit for Brothers Karamarov by fyodor Dostovsky ❤😂
Love your content! I saw your RUclips videos and If you want your video to have more views and engage target subscribers then your video needs SEO, SEO means search engine optimization. Let's chat about the growth of your RUclips channel. Interested?
I loved this video mostly because I couldn't stop laughing about your struggle to place the cat tree! I kept thinking that it looked it's best in the middle of the room where you first built it as it's like a piece of modern art but I just hope this wasn't your sole reason for moving to a bigger house! As for the ADHD, I've never been diagnosed so I don't quite know where I fit into the spectrum but I can relate to everything you said which felt strangely comfortable! I used to get migraines weekly and mainly after driving my car as I found it so stressful and if I'm in a situation where I feel socially stressed for too long I feel like my head is in a vice and I know I need to be alone. I've been known to walk out of parties and just go for a walk round the block or something just to unwind and the old saying, 'never more lonely than when in a crowd' should probably be tattooed on my forehead so people get it. But I'm very comfortable with how I am most of the time which is being alone with my thoughts and interacting with the world in my own time and more selectively with people that make me feel good so all I would say to anyone like you is try not to see it as a problem you have to get treated, just enjoy exploring the ways it makes you more unique, such as writing your blogs and filming them for our pleasure! I would love to read your blog posts btw! XD
I really enjoyed this analysis, it made me think a lot more about J K Rowling's own personal perspective on gender roles as she wrote it and even more so because being female herself she had the opportunity to mould her heroes and heroines to her own satisfaction.
Hi i am ritwik the with whom you have done a podcast, do you remember me sister?nice to see you grow
Hi Ritwik, I’m happy to see you around here again! Thanks so much for the kind words. How’s life treating you these days?
Hi i am ritwik do you remember me?
Hi Ritwik! Of course I remember! 🤗How are you these days? ☺️
Congratulations! You really got a real nice place to live! ☺ And very cozy, actually!
Fabiooo, good to see you here! Thanks so so much, I hope all is good with you 🫶🏻☺️
@@eden_ayash Thanks! Everything is doing fine, although (pretty often) I'm not getting RUclips notifications... (I dunno the reason anyways)... But probably it's because of certain things that are going on in the country in where I'm living... 😓 But besides that I'm doing fine.
Usually I happen to wake up pretty early, sometimes way before the sun rises... But sometimes, it's also by those late hours that I'm finally getting back home. So, somehow, I think that the only routine that I happen to have is to be always awake at dawn, and always under the veil of darkness or soaked in total tiredness. - But see that decades ago I actually used to have a normal routine, and it was a much healthier and way more sane routine than I happen to have today... But life just get crazy sometimes, and certain things just happen above our will... Like not having a routine anymore.
Fabio, thank you for sharing this-I can really relate to this. Life can get so chaotic that even thinking about a routine feels impossible sometimes. I’m trying to re-establish my routines now, and I’m struggling with this, so I totally get it. While routines can make things feel a little more manageable, I also know it’s not always realistic to have one when life is overwhelming. What helps me during busy or tough times is focusing on one tiny thing that feels doable and might have a domino effect. For example, keeping a water bottle nearby to drink more water or starting the day with a song that lifts my mood. It’s not about having a perfect routine but finding one small thing that feels good for you and building from there if and when it feels right. Either way, I hope life gives you a breather soon-you’ve got this!🤞🏻🫶🏻🤞🏻
@@eden_ayash Well, I kinda miss to have some sort of routine, but if I keep in mind the little and casual routines from the day to day, so then I actually have some very few routines. (Like what I'm doing now, checking the videos in where I had posted comments)... 😅 I mean, I just started it today, but since I'm not getting notifications, that is the best that I can do... (And probably it will be a new routine for me!)
You are always so beautiful just like an angel 👼👼
Super-impressed by your self-discipline. You have your routine down. I struggle with my "not-a-morning-person-ness". I also battle with a lack of confidence & low self-esteem, so I admire your courage & honesty. My wife would love your coffee mug! 😺🖖
I'm so glad I found this channel, your videos are always so helpful and uplifting! I already do some of the things you mentioned so I know how effective they are, I just have to try the yoga! Drawing is a wonderful way to learn more about life as it makes us think about why things look the way they do. I think any hobby is great for escaping the stresses of the world too even if it's just doing a jigsaw puzzle as it's an opportunity to let the mind wander as well as feeling a sense of achievement.
Such a beautiful house! May your new house will bring you so many beginnings, happiness and luck 🍀
Todaaa thank youuuu, my love! 💛 Hopefully with lots of fun evenings with you🤗🤗
I always love to listen to book and film reviews first as they give me a good idea of whether I will be wasting my time reading/watching them. This one seems to get very mixed reviews but I'm rarely ever drawn towards celebrity biographies unless they have done something really outstanding.
Shame this was such a short one but it looks like a beautiful place to be and I loved that hotel pool!
After listening to the first video I came across on your channel I immediately thought you had the perfect sort of soft voice for an ASMR session so it was interesting to see that you used that in the title of this one. This is the type of thing I listen to whilst drawing as it is very relaxing and there is no need to look away from what I'm doing.
I was so intrigued by the title on this one that I jumped right on it first today! I definitely want to give this a go but I feel I have to find the right book first as most of the books I read are not fact heavy, just enjoyable reads and I actively try to read them more slowly because I don't want them to end. For people studying for exams or just as research though this is invaluable!
May your new home bring you peace and happiness. ❤❤❤
İçten dilekleriniz için çok teşekkür ederim! ❤❤❤ Bu çok güzel bir duygu ve benim için gerçekten çok şey ifade ediyor. Hepinize aynı güzel hisleri gönderiyorum! 🫶🏻✨
It's a really lovely house and I love how it comes with so many extras already fitted and waiting to go! I have to say that for me personally I love your study the most so far as I love to see bookshelves filled with books and it was nice you closed in on them. I have had a copy of Casual Vacancy on my bookshelf for about six years which I have never read so I'd be interested to hear your thoughts on that! It will lovely to see how it transforms once you have both decorated it to your personal liking.
Thank you so much for this beautiful comment 🫶🏻💛 It made me so happy to hear that you like my study space the most, yayy 🎉🤗 It actually looks even better now that I got a different desk and bookshelf-I’ll have a video about how it turned out soon! I totally agree with you-a bookshelf filled with books is the best, and it’s so pretty and inspiring to look at 🥹 Though, if I’m honest, I also have a few books that have been sitting there so long they might just be part of the decor at this point! 🤣 The Casual Vacancy has such a different vibe from the Harry Potter series 🙈 And I LOVE your idea for a video! Thank you for that-I’m writing it down now and hope to film it at the beginning of December 🤞🏻🤞🏻
Congratulations! It will be a lovely home, I'm sure. Unfortunately I haven't any inkling about home decor and such -- my wife is an artist, so she takes care of the creative stuff... I'd be happy in a cave (as long as there was WiFi, books, and music). Oliver is very cute. 🖖
Hey Brent! How are things? Thank you so much for your kind words 🙏🏻🙏🏻 Hahaha, a cave... but you’re right, at the end of the day, WiFi, books, and music are really all we need 🤓 All the rest are just 'nice to have.' And it's so much fun having an artist in the house! It must mean you’re surrounded by creativity, and I bet your house looks absolutely beautiful! Oliver sends purrs your way! 🐾
@eden_ayash Not too bad, thanks. Turns out I'm on the ADHD spectrum... Which makes us members of the same tribe. 😜 Anyway, enjoy your new home -- looking forward to seeing it "take shape".
Oh, welcome to the tribe 🎉🎉! I had mixed emotions when I was officially diagnosed with adhd, because I thought it meant that something was officially wrong with me. But then I’ve learned about all the amazing sides and benefits that come with it, that I would never trade my adhd brain for anything . I hope your experience discovering this was better than mine and that you already see all the good things adhd gives us 🤓☺️
Hi everybody! Here’s a challenge for you today: how many times did I say "basically" and "storage"? I lost count after the 8,900,000,000th time 😅🤣🙈. I’m off to improve my vocabulary-BRB! I hope you’re all doing great 🌻🫶🏻
I was too busy looking around to notice! XD
🤣🤣 That's the best answer, you're awesome! Thank you 🫶🏻
I do hope you continue to keep making vids for this channel as you have such a lovely positive approach to it and it's so nice to see a woman who is behaving very ordinary and down to earth for a change. I don't have ADHD as deeply as you do but I still identify and have to deal with the same issues about socialising to the point where I often just prefer to be left alone!
Thank you so much 💛 Your comment truly means a lot to me, and I’m so grateful for your kind words about the channel-it really motivates me to keep creating! 🫶🏻 It’s amazing to connect with someone who gets it and also prefers to be alone sometimes. Thank you for sharing your experience-it’s such a good reminder that even though we all manage things differently, we’re never really alone in it 💛
Have a happy and blessed New Year from Israel.
Thank you so much 🫶🏻🙏🏻 shana tova to you too and take care of yourselves out there🤍💙

I was told that if you read Tolkien, you don't need to read any other fantasy.
Haha, I get where that sentiment comes from! Honestly, Tolkien's work set such a high bar for me that it kind of ruined other fantasy books 🙈 I also think that from the fantasy books I've read so far, Tolkien’s work is unmatched. But at the same time, I believe exploring other fantasy worlds can still be entertaining, and who knows, maybe we'll discover a new creative voice that could inherit his legacy. If you ever come across one, please don't forget to share it with me! Thank you for your comment ☺️
I've read numerous books but my faviroutes are the very few i still own in my collection. They are the following: Trainspotting Fear & Loathing In Las Vegas A Clockwork Orange The Adventures Of Alice In Wonderland & Through The Looking Glass Frankenstein The Picture of Dorian Gray & A Christmas Carol

Hey Ayash. Congrats on reaching 1.02K subscribers and over 49K views with just 51 videos-impressive progress! To keep growing, optimizing your video titles, tags, and descriptions can really boost visibility. I’d love to support you with RUclips SEO and channel management so you can focus on creating content. I noticed your website isn’t responding, which could impact how viewers connect with you outside of RUclips. Let me know if you'd like a hand with this!
Hey! Thank you for the kind words and for noticing my progress-it’s been such an exciting journey so far! 💛 I really appreciate your offer to help with SEO and channel management. For now, I’m prioritizing creating content and working on these things myself, but I’ll keep your advice in mind. Thanks again for your thoughtful feedback and encouragement! 😊
@@eden_ayash thank you for the reply, if u need any type of help about SEO feel free to ask me.
Your videos are not SEO-friendly. you must do video SEO to get good results. SEO increases views, If you can increase the views, you will be able to advance your channel a lot. What is the benefit of making a video so hard? If views, likes, and subscribers are not? So I say, first organize the channel nicely, SEO the videos, and then release the videos, then you will get good results. This will benefit you a lot, you will be able to improve your channel with very little cost
Thank you so much for your thoughtful advice and for taking the time to share these tips! I’m currently focusing on creating content that feels authentic to me, and I’m learning more about SEO and optimization as I go. It’s a process, but I appreciate your suggestions and encouragement! 💛
Hi Your content is great, but it seems like your videos aren’t getting the views they deserve. SEO is likely the issue-things like tags and descriptions might not be optimized. I’m happy to provide you with a free SEO audit of your channel. Interested?
Hi! Thank you so much for your kind words about my content-it means a lot! 💛 I truly appreciate the offer for an SEO audit, but at the moment, I’m focusing on growing my channel organically while improving my skills at my own pace. Thank you again for your support and for reaching out! 🫶🏻

Hey Eden, I enjoyed the background detail. From my understanding Shelly updated the book a few years after the orifinal. Both editions are in print. Do you know which one you read?

You are amazing as you are! I am also an introvert, a different kind though. I can't make new friends at all. I can keep my old ones ve close, but making new ones is almost impossible for me, for sure not in a big crowd. When my friends invite me to something that will include new people, I will say yes and then probably not go (or leave quickly) without saying anything. Let's first forgive ourselves as you said! Love you and shana tova!
Dori, thank you so much for sharing this and for your kind words 💛 It means so much to me! And you’re absolutely right-forgiving ourselves is the first and most important step 🫶🏻 But you know what? Celebrating the wins in our lives is important too, so kudos to you for managing to keep your old friends close!👏🏻🎉 Staying connected and nurturing those relationships through the highs and lows is such a beautiful thing, and it’s not easy! Having people we trust and love around us makes such a big difference. Being around new people can be so overwhelming, and I completely relate to the instinct to leave quickly or avoid it altogether. I think it’s so powerful that you’re aware of what works for you and that you protect your energy in those situations. Sending lots of love your way and wishing you a shana tova filled with kindness-especially toward yourself! 💛✨

Thank you for sharing your thoughts! In the books I have read by Carl Jung, having a child in a dream can symbolize a creative accomplishment. So in a way, every video you make is like a "child" in a creative sense!!😂 I can guess what you were expecting from this book- to find someone like-minded who has a different idea of what a woman's life can be. It is definitely hard, once you have a child, to not be reduced to just "Mom" status! I can't wait until you do find another book on this topic that resonates with you!!❤
I love the idea of each video being a "creative child"-it definitely feels like that sometimes! 🤣🤣 You’re absolutely right-what I was hoping to find was someone with a different vision of what a woman’s life could be. Now that you mention it, I can see how the author’s journey toward motherhood and the societal pressure that often reduces women to “Mom” status might have influenced how the book turned out. That’s probably a huge challenge for moms, and it gives me a new perspective on the author’s choices. That said, I’m now even more frustrated with the title and the content of the book! 🤣🙈 Not only does the use of "breeding" seem to reduce something as profound as motherhood to a casual term, but the book also unintentionally adds more societal pressure on women-especially moms. The focus on her traveling and “having fun” before settling down makes it seem like once she became a wife and mom, life (and fun) ended, as if those roles were the final destination. It reduces women who are moms and wives to being “just” that. While I respect that she finds deep meaning in those roles, I don’t love how the book seemed to mock them at first, only to settle into them in the end. It feels like it adds fuel to the fire, making married women feel bad because it suggests their life has ended, and unmarried women feel bad because they might think something is wrong with them since even the author eventually conforms. Maybe a better title would have been How I Ended Up in My Breeding Phase or perhaps a different book with the title What I Was Doing While I Was Breeding, showing that A) being a mom is hard, especially with all the societal pressure, and B) life doesn’t end after becoming a mom, and how to navigate those pressures. Anyway, sorry for the long reply! 🙈 Thank you so much for your comment and for adding your perspective. 🤗 I hope we both find that perfect book someday, and if not, maybe one of us will write it! 😅🙃 Thank you again for sharing your thoughts! ❤
@@eden_ayash Long replies are OK !!!😊 Yes, societal pressures are so crazy!!😂 Love hearing your thoughts!! ❤️❤️❤️
I know a few women who've decided that being a mother isn't for them, and they seem happy and fulfilled. Gender roles/stereotypes are being questioned more these days, and I think that's a good thing.
You’re so right-I’m seeing that more and more too, and I’m really glad about it! Back then, people looked at me like I was from another planet 🤣 Of course, there’s nothing wrong with becoming a mom-on the contrary-but like you said, it’s important to question it so women can decide if it’s really what they want. That’s what bugged me about this book. It unintentionally kinda added more pressure on women to follow the same path, after first mocking them for doing exactly that 🙈 Thank you very much for your comment, Brent, and I’m happy your friends have someone as open-minded as you! 😊
@@eden_ayash Thanks for the compliment. 😁
