Hi! I’m getting ready to start my pre op from EOC in ab a week and .. I know it’s no sugar but I thought I ready somewhere no artificial sweeteners and stuff like that on preop but a lot of stuff has some sort of artificial sweeteners plz help!!

Your videos have been so inspiring. I have been looking at VSG for awhile and scheduled for my first meet with Dr mid-Sept. I think its great you've done this at such an early age, I wish I had instead of in my 60s, but now I find the extra weight is becoming too harmful to the health. Hoping I too have an easier go of it, and together, we will lose a couple of people worth!
