No sport here. Every single technique meant to kill or incapacitate. This man in his younger days ( even now most probably) could hit you any were on your body and do some serious damage. A true Martial Artist and gentleman.

Still miss Sensei Lambert terribly. Was a student around 1986. So long ago now. The words "age shall not weary them nor the years condemn" are really starting to mean something now, in my old age, that I did not quite understand in my youth.
