Bekar mic hai... Inse accha toh 500wala earphone wala mic hai... Apka awaj atna faltu aa rahe teh agar koi admi apka awaj earphone pehen kar sun le toh kaan se khun nikal jayega...inse lakh guna accha awaj toh jo log earphone yah 1hazar wala mic istmal karte hai unlogo ka ate hai..

Device ki blue light dock se nikalne ke baad bhi on hi hai …….i just bought it

* PLEASE READ FULL POST* Hello, I'm a pre order customer of C50pro as well., I pre ordered C30 and and there helmet AC with Bluetooth. Coming to my experience with C50pro, I stay in Bangalore so I was able to visit their office and workshop on multiple occasion. My C50pro delivery was also getting delayed, but on one of there post they said shipping are getting delayed if anyone want to visit there office and collect they are welcome to do so. I went and picked up the devices. Since I use a android device I was given a beta app to use. And was sent subsequent app updates via link in email,. Issues faced. Left speaker not getting properly connected, and charging issue, ( solved by replacing the magnetic connector spare was supplied in box ) App not connecting this was an issue I had to keep wiping app catche memory in app setting everytime until the next app version was received). Speaker on C30 were JBL, with C50 pro I got there custom speaker, initially I felt them to be lacking, but it turned out speakers were not properly placed once I adjusted they are on par with JBL in sound outside louder then JBL,. With latest firmware update and app updated there is also a set of equalizer they have enhanced listening experience a fair bit. My joystick refused to turn ON after 3 times use. I'll get it replaced when im around there office the next time. When I went to collect my devices from there office it was completely in disarray. With box after box of parts of C50pro waiting for assembly. I believe they got overwhelming amount of orders I pre booking as people who have experienced C30 were eager to grab C50pro given there features. Being a long time customer of bluarmor using 3 of there devices. And being experienced there level of customer support that even global brands won't Give ( like my out of warranty C30 buttons were impossible to press which they serviced with no cost ). I just want to give them some time to streamline the issue, and I'm definitely sure once they are through proper production phase they will give proper support to all customers. I remeber C30 got a hardware update for the antenna 6 to 8 months down the line and they offered they free of cost to all customers who sent there C30 to there office for update.

Hi There are pitfalls of being a trailblazer some bugs some fixes ....etc. I picked up two C50 PRO and both work flawlessly. The delivery was definitely delayed but I got an intimation of the delay so it was OK.. I am only conveying that a Large number of us do not have issues like you brought out. However you paid for the product and Bluarmour needs to rectify all issues hopefully they do so. This is not a long term recommendations yet to use it on group rides.

Volume down button is not working on the magdock in the helmet unit. Is this a issue everyone are facing?

भाई मेने 31 अगस्त को 2 डिवाइस बुक किये थे 3 महीने बाद 30 नवंबर को आये कल इंस्टालेशन किया और मेरे भी दोनों डिवाइस में भी दिक्कत आ रही है(एक बार बार ऑफ हो रहा है एप्प से डिसकनेक्ट हो रहा है (फर्स्ट इम्प्रेशन ही फेल हो गया)
