Climbing KILIMANJARO - summit push - EXTREME weather
The final of the 6 days adventure on the highest mountain in Arica - Mount Kilimanjaro 5895 metres (19,340 ft), it towers over the savannah of Tanzania, and is the World's tallest free standing mountain.
Climbing via the most challenging and steep route - Umbwe route.
I'm hiking over 4000m altitude, to the high camp.
The weather is getting worse every day. Do I manage to reach the summit?
This is not the first time in Africa.

People who put trash everywhere, they are not nature lovers or real hikers ..they shouldn't go on mountains.Such a shame..
Thanks for the emotions☺️ Great video ❤ We did it 💪

I already wanna go for trekking through rainforest... Summit is not so interesting
Khumbu Icefall looks quite small when it's watched from Base Camp, and I don't think standing at Base Camp can help identifying any seracs or big crevasses of the icefall. Can we see the whole icefall from Base Camp? Is the slope (which we can see from Base Camp) has a length of 2km (that slope looks a hundred meters)?
Skipper : Kowalski i need some info here Kowalski: Skipper I'm afraid i got no intel for this area. Skipper : interesting, Rico give me something Private : um actually Skipper, we need to go back to Madagascar Skipper: no time for that
Thanks for sharing . I heard 3-5 AM is ideal start time for alpine style climbing.
Where’s the next episode that’s discussed at the end of this video?
It's on the way, unfortunately making a video takes a lot of time
@@JustFromThere Okay thanks. Great content, excited to see the next one!
Amazing video of a unique adventure 🤩
Can also fly from Cape Town, South Africa
Wow, I didn't hear about it. Is It flight there and back? Or you do some cruising near the coast or hiking?
wow, awesome episode. Penguins are like from National geographic
Thank you so much for sharing this 🙂
Why did you decide against a summit push? Was it because it was so cold that year or did you lose Nima to illness? That must have been extremely difficult for you to decide not to continue.
In this video it is part of acclimatization, not summit push. So it was planned action
The best video of the Khumbu Icefall that I have ever seen. You did such a good job filming while also climbing ... I don't know how you managed.
You seem like a nice enough person. Use your sense. GO HOME!
Almost thought u were yeti lol
Never seen a guy climb everest in a stocking hat and down hood...🤔🤔🤔🙄

You asked me to leave a comment……so I will…….. GO HOME!!!
U use the stuff that where prepared for you...
Yes, and I really appreciate that hard work

Great vid! Do you know if a solo EBC trek is still allowed or a guide is mandatory now? Thanks
EBC - allowed, as region Solu Khumbu made such decisions. Annapurna circle - guide is mandatory
It seems like doing the north route up the north col would be better wouldn't it? Less traffic jams and you don't have to deal with the icefall each time.
Right, but Khumbu it's another experience and if you go not to Everest, but Lhotse you need to go from South
Previous part from Namibia -> ruclips.net/video/viXdWHNZTtE/видео.htmlsi=JhrpxI8ai1aGYhB9
The terrain is absolutely beautiful. Thank you for documenting and explaining as you have. This was a fascinating video.
Every single person who died in that icefall put themselves there. They walked right up to the place they died. Whether or how many people die in the icefall is not the question, but rather why people choose to risk dying there.
i have little respect for the ones that follow the sherpas
Magnificent. Thank You
The monk asks god for the luck 4:59. It would be more correct to say that the monk asks the gods and the demons of the mountain for permission to climb. Considering the number of deaths on the mountain it must be assumed that permission is not always granted by the gods and demons. The fact that permission may not have been granted does not seem to be made known to the monk. Or if refusal is made known to the monk by the gods and demons then the monk does not make that known to the climbers.
Sounds reasonable...
Bravo and thank you.
Great video man! Did you summit?
I will show it in the next episode, so stay tuned
Can you do a special about Meru?
About which Meru are you talking? There are some different Meru in the world
