Finally somebody cutting the steerer tube the right way
🙏🙏
Excellent no nonsense (surgical !) build. Especially the braided Di2 cable routing - nice. …good to see a liberal use of assembly grease too, but that freehub needs some!
Thank you for kind words and thank you for watching.
Bike mechanics wrapping it inwards not because "they like it this way" but more on it gets the job done faster this way. I know you guys just wrap it this way coz you are facing the bike and rotating it inwards will be faster rather than doing the proper outwards wrap. Most of this mechanics just pretends to like it coz its easier. Will never try this style again, it just creates an opposite grooves of the bar tape that gets annoying and undone when you grip your hands like when sprinting.
Wow I’ve never thought of it in that way. Thank you for the feedback.
Disagree, I think it makes absolutely no difference
Best bike mechanic on RUclips💯🚴🙏
Appreciate that 😁🙏
Class act bike mechanic🚴 💯🥇
Wow thank you for the kind words 😁👨🏻🔧
Cant cut it with a 5 inch grinder?
Ale pedały nie powinny się kręcić samoczynnie, bębenek dalej trzyma, a to jest źle. Po zaprzestaniu pedałowania, koło powinno się samo kręcić, a pedały powinny zostać w miejscu.
that´s the way i do it for more than 40 years at the botton, the only diference is that i wrap clockwise.
Thanks for watching 👍
Love TCRs, especially the team bikes. First video I've watched on this channel (about to Subscribe) and the level of precision of the build, videography and sounds made this one of the most enjoyable bike build videos ever! Not seen bar tape started right on the edge of the bar end before, always overlap for tucking in with the plug. Much prefer the method shown here, and the superlong tapered cut at the top end of the bars. Seems we never stop learning! 👍👌😎
Thank you for watching I’m glad you liked the video. Hopefully I’ll have more soon, cheers!
One of the best and the most comprehensive build videos I have ever seen. Enve should buy the rights and put it on its website as a tutorial ;)
Wow thank you for the kind words and thanks for watching cheers!
you're spot on. no BS and straight to the point, step by step.
Beautiful machine! Great skill building skills.
Thanks for watching I appreciate the kind words 🙌🙏

This so calming and enjoyable to watch
Thank you 🙏
Cada día son más tontos algunos
Beautiful bike
We agree!
I can’t stop watching this build haha. Thanks for making these videos, they’re a cyclists dream.
I had to come back and add this: I like this mechanic, he adds the appropriate amount of grease, unlike some that shower the components with grease, wasting so much. And using the extra piece of wrap to put it behind the lever? Nice......I can never get the figure 8 nice and sleak, always that big lump of wrap and so annoying looking.
Wow thank you for the kind words that means a lot to me 😁👨🏻🔧 thanks for watching 🙌
Четкое переключение

Chiếc xe mơ ước.
It’s very nice 🙌👨🏻🔧
nice
Thank you 🙌😁👨🏻🔧
Yeah.........no! I went from noisy rear wheel to very quiet wheel......so much better. I could change the freewheel but I ain't doin' it! The rest is perfect.
Yea I definitely agree this wheel is pretty loud 😂 I prefer a good DT Swiss system 😁
Is the quick-link wrong direction?
Yes 🥲
@@bikeworksbywes and the chain in the wrong way round,;Shimano chains are directional; writing should be on the outside.....otherwise nice build!
@@danfrost1652 Yes thank you for noticing I definitely filmed this incorrectly. After I was done filming I installed it the correct way.
Franchement, j'ai rarement vu un mécanicien effectuer un montage avec autant de soin et d'attention.
Thank you 🙏😁
Le ha puesto un sonajero 😂
😂
What the terrible noise. Fixie pedal.
😆
How much does the freakin' thing weigh?
I believe it was 16ish lbs
What wheels are those?
CRW Works CS5055 👨🏻🔧👍
I went the other way: 105Di2 but Dura Ace pedals. Hey what’s the braided wrap snd heat shrink you used on the rear derailleur? I like!
Nice 🙌, the braided wrap comes with Enve Melee frames. It’s there way to secure and protect the di2 cable 👨🏻🔧👍
@@bikeworksbywes nice touch
OMG!!classic.
Thank you 🙌
2:20 are you using Parktool PPL-1? I don't know why but my ENVE Melee head tends to creak if PPL-1 is used. So I swapped to Finishline teflon grease which is working good. I think Parktool HPG-1 (which is used by ENVE build video) is okay too.
It’s actually Phil Wood water proof grease. It’s one of my favorites for this area of the bike. In my opinion and experience the type of grease you should use will depend on your region. I live in a mostly dry and hot region so people tend to sweat a lot. I also like to use the finish line teflon grease as-well👨🏻🔧👍
Dice ke 😆😆😆😆😆
Parang low quality
I don’t think so
que trabajo tan noble y bien ejecutado, sopa do macaco uma delizia
Thank you 🙏👨🏻🔧
Maybe try 0%
Got it 🫡
I’m also waiting for the channel to become bigger. As for the build…. Older DA into a build like this? Personal matter… but I’d probably go with 12s ultegra over this.
I agree 😁👍 I am currently working on a DA 12 speed Enve Meele build video 🤫 It’s almost done 🫡
Great job! Great clip. Thank you!!!
Thank you too!
No thanks!
😂👍
Gran video. Enhorabuena. Gracias
Thank you 🙏👨🏻🔧
Nice Bike broo the best!

@@bikeworksbywes you're welcome, i'd like to comment on that stunning paint job, what is customed made?
@@megustasonia This is the stock team paint job 😁👍 2012 Rabobank TCR
Do these type of tweezers have a special name?
Yes the main tweezers I use are called “ reverse action tweezers” 👍👨🏻🔧
You got some skills!
Thank you 🙏 new video coming soon
I think charcoal powder is better that not turn to glue or fungus when wet a long time.
I’ve been using baby powder for years and have never had a problem like that.
Mam Giant TCR Composite 2 z 2012 roku. Bardzo dobrze się na nim jeździ, nie chce nowego roweru.
The 2012 era Giant TCRs are awesome bikes 👍 Cheers 🙌
Ituh buat kenyamanan di pegang om yah ok mantap juga
have same 2011 model, transparent carbon paint. Boy it's rocking!
Nice 🙌
This is a classic GIANT TCR Rabobank version. Rabobank has been renamed to Visma lease a bike. And Visma won't using GIANT. They are using Cervelo.
Correct ☑️
