They didn’t just hurt me mentally they scarred my soul, even a lady raising their hand in front of me…. makes me flinch a little. All from past loves…. I’ve never over thinked, or atleast not much until I broke up with her almost a year ago. I stay up late, thinking about it. I never once lied about stuff, but there was stuff I never said to her because I was scared of losing, if I said it (not cheating) she never responded well to the truth. Even to questions that I didn’t know to. She would hit me, saying that I should it…. I kept telling her that I didn’t know… repeatedly…. everytime I said that… more hits… it’s not the pain from that slaps/punches that hurt, it was the fact that she was actually harming me, that hurt me…. It hurt my soul, hurt my heart… now I’m scared. I’m talking to a different lady that seems sweet. I’m just to commit, knowing something like that could happen again.. I’m now scarred. My lips are scarred physically, my arms are scarred, my chest is scarred, my hands are scarred. My legs…. even my brain is scarred, my soul. Inside and out.. even though I’m nice, to everyone I’m not nice to myself, I stuck through that relationship until the end. I saw the signs, but didn’t leave. Thinking I could try to salvage it, maybe make her more happy and care for her more…. But to no avail.. I want love. I want to cry in someone’s arms. I want that sense of peace in someone’s arms knowing that I’m alright.. now I’m depressed typing this now.😂🤦‍♂️gosh dang it lol I don’t mind sharing my experience. I just wanted to talk about it, talking about it is the best way for me to cope.. atleast suppresses it.😕 if anyone has advice for me to move on from these thoughts of her. please let me know. (I don’t want to distract myself through another woman, that is not love, that is a lie to myself. Even talking to this lady now, I still think of that situation, EVERY NIGHT, even now… help even a little advice helps thank you) *i genuinely like this lady I’m talking to now btw*
