My,my scholastic A Guard has changed so much this show. Can't believe I was a freshman in high school, feels like forever ago and now 8 years later, I'm done.

Ahh, the LWE glory days. Now we barely have 100 people. I would do anything to be able to perform with these MG.

If you think for a second that what the color guard is just there for using props or what they are using are just props, you are dreaming. It takes a lot of work to make it look that good. Those flags, rifles, and sabres they use, those are their instruments. They paint a mental picture when they dance with their instruments to the beats of the songs the band members play. If you look it up, that is what a marching band is supposed to do.

the beginning of the colorguard's downfall. we used to be so good! my sister's at nnhs now and she said they really suck now

Wow. I remember watching this exact performance from the sidelines. I can actually see myself on the track with the rest of the Naperville North Pit. You guys have an AMAZING band and I can't wait to see what you'll do this year!

@Austinlb94 It was a totally different band and show by nationals...I went from worried to blown away.

im from the jeffersonville hs marching band and you all were great at boa indy regional........i loved your show it was amazing.....cant wait to see this year

So one thing I don't get is why you don't see many guards doing faster songs? they're all extremely slow from what I've seen, this is one of the better ones, but I would think you'd want to do something that shows off as many of the guard's abilities as possible?

Wow I miss Everyone from last year! Marching band sure wasn't the same this year.

im in the marian catholic band and i wanna say thanks to everyone for the comments we worked really hard on this show and im so proud of us

Fantastic job North. I graduated From East in 2003, and i remember probably exactly how you guys felt after this performance. I remember it being one of the best performances and best experiences I have ever had in marching band. You all worked so very hard to get to this point, cherish the feeling, cherish the memories, never forget the feeling. CONGRATS!!!

i honestly love being in this band. it's so much work, but so worth it! and i'll always remember this performance. and congrats to all the other bands that performed at ISU!!! and to Lake Park band members, thank you SO much for the beautiful song you played for us at the end!
