ive watched every episode,, these guys risk there lives every time they go to sea,, makes me appreciate the cost of fish more,,, we may be planning a trip to scotland and will certainly be going to Peterhead
@sweetypie000 Sorry for being at the top of the food chain. Killing animals for food is NATURE, nothing wrong with it. Either by working for money or by hunting yourself its all the same. Humans have always done it and always will, so did our neanderthal ancestors and before them our primate cousins and before them our first generation reptiles and before them the plants. Its NATURE. Whilst what your doing is nice and many thank you, i thank these guys for the food they put on my plate.
yes, it's dutch. The guy is saying that the abeille Flandre tug boat is one from the most powerful in the world, works with a copter from French Military navy. This Tug boat had been sent on rescue on Amocco Cadiz , a tanker wich finaly sank in the sea and flood the French coast with thousands tons of crude oil. It's now replaced by the "Abeille Bourbon" on Ouessant (close to the channel, between england and France) while the Abeille Flandre works now in the mediteranean sea.
yes kalle brest is france andthe language is indeed dutch. (it's my main language) and you did undertand it correctly: The helicopter you see in the video and the abeille flandre are one team and they rescue (by towing) ships that are in trouble.
Can you give the name of the sight with the container ship rescue please. I've looked but can't find it yet. I'd be most grateful. The waves, by the way, look as if they are in the region of 8m. What makes this impressive is the fact that they are so short between crests. Thanks.
Hey!
