"ആ ഒരു നൂൽ പാലത്തിലൂടെ കടന്ന് പോയ്‌ കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ഒരാളാണ് ഞാൻ, ഈ ഫീലിംഗ്സ് എന്താണ്‌ എന്ന് എനിക്ക് അറിയില്ലായിരുന്നു, വർഷങ്ങൾ ആയി ഇടക് ഈ പ്രശ്നം കയറി വന്നിട്ട്, ആദ്യം ഞാൻ കാണിച്ച ഡോക്ടര് പറഞ്ഞത് breathing problm എന്ന നിലയിൽ ആണ്, രണ്ടു മാസം ആ ഡോക്ടറെ ഫോളോ ചെയ്ത്, രാത്രി ഉറക്കം കിട്ടാത്തത് ഏറ്റവും വലിയ പ്രശ്നം, അർദ്ധ രാത്രി ഞെട്ടി ഉണരും പിന്നെ ഉറക്കില്ല, ചിലപ്പോൾ നെഞ്ചിൽ ഒരു വലിയ ഭാരം കയറ്റി വെച്ച പോലെ, ശ്വാസം ശെരിക്കും കിട്ടാത്ത പോലെ, ഇപ്പോൾ കാറ്റ് പോകും എന്നൊരു ഫീൽ, ഏത് അർദ്ധ രാത്രി ആയാലും പുറത്തേക്കു ഓടി breathing ശെരിയാക്കാൻ നോക്കും, ചെറിയ റൂമിൽ കിടക്കുമ്പോൾ ഒക്കെ പെട്ടെന്നു ഒരു വിഭ്രാന്തി കയറും, ജീവൻ അങ്ങ് പൊക്കിയാലോ എന്നൊരു ചിന്ത, ഇത് എന്താണ് ഡിപ്രെഷൻ ആണെന്ന് അറിഞ്ഞത് എന്റെ ഒരു സുഹൃത്ത് ഇതുമായി ബന്ധപെട്ടു ഡോക്ടറെ കണ്ടപ്പോൾ മാത്രാണ്, പിന്നീട് ഞാൻ യൂട്യൂബിൽ കയറി സെർച്ച്‌ ചെയ്ത് നോകി ഞാൻ അനുഭവിച്ച സിംപ്‌റ്റം അതേ പടി, ഭയം, വിഭ്രാന്തി, പ്രവാസി ആയത് കൊണ്ടാണോ ന്ന് അറിയില്ല കുടുംബത്തെ ഇപ്പോ കാണണം, അവരെ വിളിക്കാൻ തോന്നുന്നു അർദ്ധ രാത്രിയിൽ, ചുറ്റും പ്രിയപ്പെട്ടവർ നിരന്നു നിന്നാലും ഒറ്റപ്പെട്ട ഫീൽ, explain ചെയ്യാൻ കഴിയാത്ത ഒരു ഫീൽ, മൈൻഡ് ഫുൾ ബ്ലാങ്ക്, ഇതുവരെ ട്രീറ്റ് ചെയ്തില്ല, ഒരു നല്ല ഡോക്ടറെ കാണാൻ ഉള്ള തെയാറെടുപ്പിൽ ആണ്, വല്ലാത്ത sad ഫീലിംഗ്, nostalgic മൂഡ്, കൂടെ പഠിച്ചവർ ഒക്കെ ഒരു സിനിമ റീല് പോലെ മുന്നിലൂടെ മിന്നി മായും പോലെ, ശരിയാകും എന്ന് വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നു 😢😢..!!
