I loved reading your comment! I love making blankets the most, but I'm trying to push myself to learn other things for variety. I've got a temperature blanket planned as well. I'm going to do a past date instead of a current year and planned on using the linen stitch in a granny square style. I haven't tried the extended single crochet (yet!). I've got the yarn for the temp blanket, but need to finish a couple of my other WIPs first. Do you like the heavy weighted blankets? My daughter does, the heavier the better! The linen stitch and crosshatch are the ones I tend to lean on the most. They are relaxing stitches to do. Thanks so much for watching and writing!

Hey Martha! Good to hear from you! We have had about 3 days of rain in my neighborhood in the last 3 months. My garden is powdery dry like a desert. There has been absolutely nothing I can do except silently weep and hope my tears are enough nourishment for the plants. HAHAH! I didn't bother trying clippings because of space, indoors and out. It would've been fun to try though! How's your garden been? I didn't make it to Home Depot or Lowe's to see their autumn selection. I did check Walmart though, and their offerings for the fall were sad. They're focusing on Christmas ...

@@mytinytnhomegarden The yard was brown to a crisp, and we went to level 2 of water conservation. We had a couple of rainy days, collected a container and used it for the little new trees. One didn't make it :( The flowerbeds did better weather wise, but of course had to endure some deer shewing. I was considering making deer tacos LOL Then all of us got sick, yaay, not. Anyway, always good to see your videos!

I'd love to try that, but my space is very limited (not much indoor light either). I'm hopeful they'll do well like this so they can decorate my porch again next year. I've not tried overwintering before.

It's that level of disappointment when you think you've finally discovered a great food alternative and then it sucks.

I paint as well, and usually I’m right with you … I want to see the blend. To get 2/3 through with a change in pattern disappointed me. But 9 times out of 10, I need to see colors blending. I’m glad you watched my story. I hope you enjoyed it.

Haha! I had no idea that looked like an egg until I watched the video! It’s a leftover river rock. I had a cat that liked digging in my plants, so a number of my plants were covered with some sort of rocks to reduce his drama.

June was gorgeous. August is disappointing. Not a huge surprise though with the lack of rain. Every summer we get a big drought, just never know which month it's going to hit. Last year was October. The purple hearts, daylillies, mexican petunias look beautiful, don't they?! I'm taking your suggestion and grabbing the camera for some plant shopping later this week. I had a cat that LOVED to dig in the dirt of my houseplants, so I covered them with river stones. My cat ended up running away and some of the rocks still lingers. Thanks did watching!

It was disappointing! I'm always trying to find the healthiest version of food and was so hoping it'd be a hit! No matter how flavorful the food itself was, it just couldn't mask the cardboard taste. Ugh and a shrug. Will have to keep looking, spinach ones sound nice!

I bought the same brand but just the gluten free version which is 7g of carbs per wrap instead of 4g. I’m hoping it will taste a bit better.

I appreciate your candid opinion. I love about 3/4 of the blanket, when all the colors matched up and flowed. When the strands challenged me, I became disappointed.
