Very nice vid! Those 10 places are surely top-notch. Besides those restaurants, another local menu that you guys should try is the sweet called "A Pong (or อาโป๊ง in Thai)." There are several places selling this stuff and you won't find it anywhere else in Thailand - I think.

There are some nice local restaurants on the small soi's off Loh Kroh road....one of the best is about half way down, turn right on Soi 1, walk past the Number one bar and past the scooter hire shop to a small restaurant on the left called 'Camrons Aum' ....excellent thai food and reasonably priced beer....a lot of the bar girls from Loh Kroh eat here and take aways are constantly leaving the shop via Grab....

Wish you would have included where the restaurants were on the island, but thanks for the list
