Post-Election Mountain Bike Therapy
The results of the 2024 election were good news for some, and shockingly sad for others (like myself). Still, I have to put one foot in front of the other, and keep stepping into life. Mountain biking is one thing that brings me joy, releases endorphins, and helps me pull back for a little perspective.

Took a 1900 mile road trip in my Delica L400 with my lifelong friend, Steve Clark, and my brother, Keith Patterson. Had a great time climbing, fly fishing, mountain biking, playing acoustic music, and eating. We stayed at my cousin's cabin in Aspendell up out of Bishop, CA, at 8400 ft. elevation.
