I like to think - if someone is interested, and I try to teach it to them, if they ask questions, makes me think more about the concept(s). Helps solidify what I'm trying to learn. Then again, I need to be sure to guard against not falling into the trap of 'learning / teaching' it wrong. Like a metaphor I've heard long ago - it isn't "Practice makes perfect - but Prefect Practice makes perfect" -- can learn some things 'wrong' - like a bad habit...

Yeah, especially if you suffer with dry eye. A nice damp warm/hot rag is what I use. That pillow looks nice.

Is there a direct correlation to movement of the 10yr bond and futures/ options markets? Like the VIX, when one is up, is the other one down or do they move in the same direction?

Some mentorship want $$$ I realized after going to online trading academy I ended up learning on my own especially learning the candles and patterns and chart reading... I learned to be great at what you do you have to realized this isn't a get rich scheme. And everyone is saling I made 100k in a trade but no one showed them how.. someone I know came up to me and said I want to learn how to trade. So I gave them all of the courses I received and they said umm that's a lot. And I said what do you expect . Trading can be complex and you have to have 1.confidence 2. Patients 3. A sponge to soke up every information. I know 4 years it took me to know what I know about trading options, and futures. And I said they other day wow I grew soo much as a trader and I thank God I never quit especially when people told me it will be a waste of time for you... and now the same people is asking me about NVDA 😂😂 But I'm the guy that will tell them 1 look for volume with atleast 2 million, trade small, and buy more than 1 contacts. And study everyday. And if that is for you keep going..

My cycle Index that I created topped out July and its down for a number of years - I'm expecting the overall direction for the next few years to be down to sideways - not expecting a mega crash or anything, but we should see some good volatile swings throughout up and down

I learned that when there is a bearish gap it will end up go down and that gap is the supply zone until it makes a new high..
