Thank you for this beautiful video. I have three kids (all grown now) and I can tell you all loved their bottle. But they all had different ages when they stopped. Two is absolutely normal to still have the bottle, I wouldn’t worry. You have such a beautiful loving home 😍

Such a lovely morning routine! Most of the days I have breakfast with my partner and it also takes almost an hour. I was always wondering if it does for others too, and you confirmed that it does. Also I don’t like to eat in a rush so slow morning is a bliss. ❤

I can’t tell you how much I appreciate you letting us in to your morning routine, really anything to do with your home life because that just makes you so much more relatable because you’re so unbelievably talented you and your mother! I love love horses, I have been riding since I was a little girl so that just warmed my heart completely, they are so completely grounding and just when your ride you just become one with your horse it’s just truly something. A person has to actually experience to understand I think it’s absolutely beautiful!!!!!. I would love you can do more home videos, including with the horses, and more with different days in a life of Dimitra the professional artist, be amazing mommy, wife, and daughter and sister! If it’s not too invasive, on days where you feel like blocked like you know that frustrating, completely doubting yourself, type resistance to how you get through it I mean, do you make a cup of tea? , meditate, pace. lol… IDK any other videos , including peace with your familywith advice like that? It also lets me and I’m sure others know that we’re not alone because it truly is such a horribly lonely feeling!! I just shut down I would love to actually see how you work through it… like genuinely what you’re feeling at that moment and how you can make yourself just you know I pass the move forward in your head, and I believe very helpful. Now onto your beautiful son, Zion he is too cute for words!!! Enjoy it it cuz it flies by so unbelievably fast. I still can’t believe that my kids are now in their 20s. It blows my mind. I became a mom at 19 and I would love to just go back and live through their childhood again and seeing all their first experiences and just watching them grow, It’s the best feeling in the world.!! And I’m thrilled you and Jake are gonna plan have more children that’s phenomenal! I have four children and they’re such a blessing! Thank you again for everything you all do including giving us these glimpses into your life!! your a very inspirational family, and y’all help more than you know with your pictures in the story behind them or how you were feeling and your mom’s motivational Monday all of that is just so helpful in every way & ievery day life… truly! Love those sweet moments with Zion drinking his bottle. I remember those days with my twins. Cherish those moments. It goes by quickly! I really enjoyed this glimpse into your morning routine as a professional artist and how you transition from family life to working in the studio. Some parts of this were really validating and other parts inspiring. Since I’m new at painting and a new Mastery Program student, I am currently developing the stamina to paint for long periods. I am at the very beginning stages of this. My first painting session where I did monochromatic underpainting really killed my back. It made me realize that I need to insert an exercise regimen into my day. By the video, it looks like by the time you finish your morning routine, you are walking into your studio around 9:30 or 10 each day. I felt much better knowing that! I have often felt guilty if I’m not starting at the crack of dawn. Curious to know how many hours you spend in your studio each day or at each sitting between breaks for family meals?

Really nice to see your family's morning routine and all you get to do as you work up to studio time. I have a long morning routine too and sometimes feel guilty about it, but it's become a critical time for not just self-care and family, but also for setting myself up for a highly motivated day. I like to call it programming myself rather than letting the social media or news program my day towards comparison or fear. Beautiful share Dimitra, I could feel the love for your animals, little Zion and Jake in this video. Good work at the gym you 2! All so sweeeeeet! Carpe diem

Alright - I really have a question. How can you afford all of this? I mean, this house is huge, your lifestyle is comfortable and you have some more to feed. In my country, for example, both adults would have to be very, very rich to make a living like this. (Germany) How is this possible for you?
