My interpretation of this is that it is all made up

Jesus is our rest Mathew 28 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”

We are to enter into God's rest. . . That means to cease from our own labors and trust in God. . . . Faith in God allows us to enter into His Rest, and NOT the keeping of a sabbath for one day a week. . . We are to live in that rest. . .
