I liked it even though is was bulky, dropped from a 6 foot ladder twice. It started falling apart. I use scrapers at my job and we gotta replace the blades, the screwdriver started to bent and where the blade folds. The Milwaukee ones are just built to last unlike this brand. You really gotta treat it with care.

Hi there, do you think its possible to modify the knife to work/act like a slip joint? Sadly in the UK we arent legally allowed locked blades. Thanks for the videos they sre superb! John

I’ve learned it’s better to spend or save the extra $100 and buy the original… I’ve owned multiple tools and when these knock offs break you throw away when the leatherman breaks I’ve mailed them back in and they are fixed ..

Just baught one today because I lost my other one (not this one but an off brand box cutter) so far it looks great just wish there was a push button on it to easily change the blade and wish there was a black color option, but other than that, looks and feels awesome.

so ridiculous the value that the skinny jean set will pay for to have a knife that opens so quickly and that has this or that material advertised as elite, premium, ultra-elite, etc. 100 plus years of real dudes doing work with what would be considered sub-par folders in their pockets built this country in the trenches and now we have youtubers who buy knives just to flip them open and closed --prolly stimming while avoiding gluten and playing video games to calm their adhd. how many 'reviews' do you see where the knife looks like its actually being used out in the field....lol.... all the dudes i work with cannot afford a 300 dollar mt and wouldn't buy one anyways for fear of losing it off a roof or on a job site.

USB-C version is out now, no mounting holes though. I have new Keepower batteries that are are showing as Poor on the Nitecore, is this because of the first charge or bad batteries right off the bat?

Fiance just found one recently and gave it to me. Spent a while searching and you have been my only lead on this specific knife. Takes a scary keen edge with the blade geometry and its super easy to get that sharp quickly. For a box knife it seems epic. It's not any of my customs or something like my Kershaw 5150CF, but I'm going to keep it anyway as an oddity with others I own. Guess I'm in the same boat with you in trying to determine the deal with this mystery Bear Edge. Edit* Awesome channel, definitely subscribing after having skimmed through. 👍

One button turns on left side with lipo battery. Other button turns on right side with AAA battery. To simple. 😢

420HC is tougher than VG10. About twice as tough.

Mine seems to be stuck in semi lock mode and only goes into high with a light press and strobe with a hard press. Can't figure out how you got it to unlock. manual is useless.

This thing is absolute garbage. It is so over-completed to get it to do what you want. It's a joke. The lock modes are so uneasy, and once you are in one, good luck unlocking it

The fixed blade with guard is for flooring guys. They prefer using solid that don't move because of all the downward pressure on the blade. Most of them use knives that don't even have a guard.

I like this one lots, it is perfect for the key chain. The only one addition I would like is also a red LED for occasions when you need very low output but the moonlight setting does kind of the same. Thanks for the review.

This is a really great LIGHT WEIGHT knife for the money, good blade shape and holds edge pretty well. I have a few of them. Was my edc for probably 4 years, about to put it back in rotation. I love it

nice review and i very much appreciate the fact that you've posted a warning in your description section...your older version apparently had the blade locking function, the new rev2, currently sold on c/c website, no longer has the locking function...

Walmart it’s selling it at 18 dll but it’s locking design it’s different just lost one of the locking pins

I just got the 3200 lumen but at high it claims 2 hours but after 30 seconds it dims down, that sucks. I will return it and get this one instead.

Did this come with a case?

I just got this tool and yes taking the blade is difficult but the major flaw I found was when using the small prybar the blade comes out if u add pressure and almost cut my self so be careful out there. I’ll kept it in my tool box from now on.

I dropped mine off my lap to the concrete and it broke. It still functions fine tho. Mines the clear version, maybe they’re more brittle

¡ JUST WATCHED YOUR VIDEO & i HAVE TO SAY i FOUND IT A LITTLE CHALLENGING TO CHANCE THE BLADE BUT CERTAINLY NOT IMPOSSIBLE ! THE GUARD THAT HOLDS THE BLADE IN PLACE IS A LITTLE STIFF & i ACTUALLY HAD MORE TROUBLE PUTTING THE BLADE IN THAN TAKING IT OUT !
