I had traditional braces done by an orthodontist, here in "Massachusetts" (Bee Gees) in the 1980s, two and a half years. Worth it, minimal pain. The "adjustments" hurt for a few days. But it was a good experience!

Fasting did absolutely nothing for my L Covid just sayin! I’ve been fasting for yrs. Don’t listen to any of this and the headline is misleading. The way out of L Covid is the Polyvagal exercises and everything that other channels say to do! Not fasting !

Unlicensed dentistry is illegal in all 50 states. Unlicensed "veneer techs" are all breaking the law. When their "patients" end up in state facilities with blood diseases, abcesses and cardiac problems due to unmitigated complications, and cant afford the bill, they costs the tax payers and the state millions to save them from themselves. That is why its illegal. The states dont want to waste money on any of these scam victims and theid scammers are finding themselves in prison where they belong.

Bit wary of buying from China though since most dental materials from 'safe countries' are gate-kept, even a bit of composite to fix a chipped tooth that's just for cosmetic reasons....No, not allowed to do that at your own risk...must pay hundreds to thousands for a bit of composite, that's not permanent anyway, to make the tooth look aesthetically nice again. 🫤.

Long hauler here, 3 years, man, so many issues after COVID; fatigue, chronic cough, high platelets/clodding, pneumonia, inflammation, vascular disease, ED, premature ejaculation, loss of libido, where I before I was a stud! Been fasting for the last 2 months see if autophagy and stem cell generation help me reset my body and shake this off! Also taking supplements, will post a video after more data to help fellow long haulers since not many answers from the medical community. Thanks for the video doctor, educational.

Thanks for the tips, but zero luck with any of this. BTW I have had bonding on a front tooth for over 30 years. It has been around probably 10 years even before that. However I have had to replace it many times and wish I had been told it stains so easily when I first got it. It is so expensive now to get a veneer not sure what to do. It really looks like hell now all yellow. One dental hygentist did scrape a layer off with a razor blade once and it looked good for a while, but it just stains again.

40 hours in the chair, over 6 appointments, and was always made very comfortable, each one of the dentists who treated me, done so, with care, a completely different experience to what I had in Turkey. You all done an amazing job, and gave me back my life. I love you all so very much thank you xxxxx

A great expose an on the dark side of these 'fabulous' smiles many like to show off. There is a cost to the 'cheap' overseas procedure and this video demonstrates exactly this. we need to spread this message.

This is a really good documentary.. However mentioning Hungary on the same page as the turkey teeth issue isn't good. The Hungarian dentistry nothing like the Turkish one. Yes there are bad dentists over there too, as it can be in the UK as well.. But the technology and education is just as advanced as here in the UK, and the majority of the dentist are exceptionally good. Saying this from experience, and they don't file people's teeth down like they do it in Turkey... 🙄.. Yes the prices are much cheaper but that is because everything else is cheaper.. Compare to British pounds currency!

Bonding has actually been around for more than 10 years. An ex co-worker had her teeth bonded back in the 80s. So at least 30+ years!

I got Covid before Ramadan and felt better while fasting when Ramadan ended I ended up being so fatigued

I had post viral fatigue aka" long covid" aka "chronic fatigue syndrome" - I did a 36hr fast - Chronic fatigue gone! - energy levels back to normal - I'm guessing it's due to Autophagy i..e, cell clean up/ cell renewal which is elicited through fasting - it's a hard science - Yoshinori Ohsumi won a Nobel prize in physiology for autophagy on how the body heals itself - I suggest all to try it - it's literally life changing, and it's just not eating for 36hrs :)

You should try keto, or ketovore, and then carnivore for awhile until your body has gotten the healing and strength it needs, then transition back a few foods, one at a time to see which ones cause inflammation or tummy/gut issues so you can eliminate those.

Dr. Eskander thank you so much for making this video. I looked at every source I could find on how to get stains off of my front tooth composite filling and every one of those sources said it was impossible to whiten them and that I would have to get them replaced. But then I came across your video and everything changed! I bought a waterpik and used a sonicare electric toothbrush too. After about 3 uses of the waterpik, the filling is MUCH LESS visible. Now I'm not walking around looking like I have something stuck between my teeth! I've been really upset about it and I"m so glad I tried what you recommended. THANK YOU
